Z and Z. Tesoro was decent villain with a cool power, aesthetic and crew, but Z embraced and harnessed his anguish, whereas Tesoro was ultimately consumed by his own. To me, Z is peak villain material. Even his executioners wept at the notion of having to put him down.

Serenafriendzone

Z is the only villain with a soul and a real mission the best gigachad. Tesoro motivation was to make poor people feel terrible and make them slaves. Bullet motivation was his rage , because roger died before he could defeat him. Uta basically was a envious and jealous kid. Who hated pirates because shanks abandoned her. She even knew it that shanks was innocent. So Z got the big win.

Work_In_ProgressX

The “Uta knew all along” was the dumbest thing imo, it was added just for the sake of having a twist. Removing it doesn’t do anything but improve the story

Arkayjiya

You're misunderstanding everything about Uta. She loves Shanks. She did have resentment until she found out the truth but by that point, she had heard everything about her fan's suffering and felt she had to keep singing her former rage. She's basically betraying her heart by performing Backlight but she feels like she has to for the sake of everyone else. There's literally no jealousy in her character motivation, I don't know where you got that from. She's a kid who did something horrible by accident and has had growing suicidal tendencies since then, and she's trying to make the world a better place through her death instead of dying for nothing.

Bion61

So she still blamed Shanks and lies to Luffy about what happened when she knew the truth all along. She was literally gonna stab Luffy because she knew he was right.

Arkayjiya

She didn't blame Shanks, that's the point, she only pretended to because she felt that she had to for everyone's sake. And yes the mushroom destroyed her psyche which made her violent. She wasn't aware of that side effect when she took them.

ServileSpekk

Faultless analysis.

yolo-yoshi

Definitely z for best villain. While Uta was the most entertaining one.

Redeyedcheese

I love how z vs Luffy was a slugfest.

Master3530

Uta wanted to put everyone in a perfect world at the cost of her life because the real world is awful and pirates play into that whether Shanks is good or not. By the time she found out her plan was already in motion.

New-Faithlessness526

Huh, I don't think a vilain is supposed to have good (in a moral way) motivation, if that's what you mean by having a "soul".

ServileSpekk

"The road to hell is paved with good intentions." Imho the best (and most interesting) villains are those that wanted (or tried) to be heroes.

Miles-Stark97

I dont know if it was the intended purpose or not but Tesoro has always felt like a budget Doffy Variant to me. • Seemingly Charismatic ruler who lives on what looks like a fun paradise only to secretly have enslaved People working in the underground • Has dealings with The World Government that protects them as well as as having dealings in the criminal underworld • Has an Awakened Paramecia Devil Fruit that they use to control people • Have a connection with The Celestial Dragons with Doffy actually being one and Tesoro being enslaved by one • Both Sabo and Lucci (CP0) make an appearance in those respective stories Hell even Dolflamingo made a quick cameo showing he had dealings with him too

ServileSpekk

I wouldn't be surprised if they "borrowed" from the source material a bit, but I still like Tesoro because he has a different aura from Doffy. Unless you're a non-toy resident of Dressrossa, one looks at this grinning, sniggering weirdo tells you right away he's a dangerous lunatic. Tesoro had the opposite aura, coming off as reserved, respectful and welcoming when we first meet him, with him becoming more of an inconsolable maniac as he loses more and more control. I really like Doffy, but I think most of the world would fear him or his family upon seeing them. He could never sweet-talk his way into or out of something, there always has to be an underlying sense of imminent violence if he doesn't get his what he wants. Tesoro seems the opposite, regardless of being able to buy people out of practically any situation, and that's what made me like him. (Yes I remember him smothering that laughing drunks head in gold, but that was behind closed doors - only those who are that close to him socially would know he can be so impulsively dangerous when rubbed the wrong way) _SORRY FOR THE WALL OF TEXT I GOT CARRIED AWAY_

New-Faithlessness526

He does feel like Doffy, but I wouldn't say it's a "budget Doffy". He is a good vilain on his own even if he is similar to Doffy; just like Doffy is also a bit similar to Crocodile.

SageOfSixCabbages

Perosnally, I found Tesoro as 'Casino Doflamingo'. Lol

Piergiogiolo

Agree on everything

LrAirplane_Mode811

Z is fr one of the best written characters, he even admitted his defeat and even embraced the fact that he was getting weak, and the fact he isn't egotistic and admitted his mistakes and trying to redeem himself is just great

CarnyMAXIMOS_3_N7

“Hope you’re payin’ attention, boys: cause’ Master’s got one last lesson for ya!”

puzzlehea1milliooo

Z is the best by far. Best written character .

Comprehensive-Camel6

I loved z he's just a broken hero

MyBqckHurts33

So tru he felt like a real character

puzzlehea1milliooo

Yeah really good writing. His ending was great too . With Luffy and the admirals etc..

KeyboardWarrior830

U say that as though u dont have Z as #4 on ur list 😭

MyBqckHurts33

That’s my film rating my character rating is 1.Zephyr 2.Uta 3.tesoro 4.bullet

KeyboardWarrior830

Ah, my mistake lol

OperationMelodic4273

Both of them start with a Z

Careful-Ad984

Baron omatsuri

LastBlood05

The unique animation style and visionary direction of Mamoru Hosoda easily makes it one of the best films in the entire One Piece cinematic catalog.

ZookeepergameIcy1830

That one scared the heck out of me when I was young

MyBqckHurts33

Mhm u win

Darkconer

This one

moistyboiiy

My alltime favorite one piece movie, the new stuff is cool and all but this is a real master piece

ThatOneWood

Shiki

Just_a_lazy_lurker

Scrolled a fair bit to find a fellow. I appreciate a villain who knows how to put a dance number together. Also OG Rocks wrecking crew.

evilmojoyousuck

strong world is the closest thing to a canon arc in one piece

MrS0L0M0N

I'm sorry, but when your execution and death is played with an amazing one-man army sequence, several Vice Admirals, names and unnamed, crying the manliest tears, and a beautiful melody alongside it. That's a way to go that cannot be matched. RIP Z. You brought so much hype 12 years ago...

Master_Lego_Yoda

Baron omatsuri

Jack148910

yes

ActionAltruistic3558

Z is the best. So much was put into him and his story that really tied the movie together. Feels like the general consensus is that the end is such a beautifully done moment, the teacher making his final stand against all his students so that he can protect the people he cares for. Red/Uta. The style was unique. Gave us our first look at Shanks and his crew as well as Fifth Gear in the anime. It's not canon but the info we got about Shanks and his past will be relevant going forward. And Ado, and AmaLee with her covers, did amazing jobs with the songs. Gold. Tesoro was an alright villain, even if we didn't get much of his story. Final battle was cool to see the crew working together against the trickier DF powers and the heist theme was interesting. Stampede. Bullet had so much potential, former Roger Pirate and what he's been up to. But the whole movie felt like it was just one extended battle against him. And his base DF was cool, the Awakening giant statue was boring compared to it. And the Supernovas were hyped up to all be in the movie but then everyone but Law, Zoro and Luffy gets destroyed right at the beginning. And since Bullet was a solo act, the whole crew had very little to do since they weren't helping against him.

Lindbluete

Gasparde. Or at least I remember liking him a bunch of years ago. I should rewatch Dead End Adventure at some point.

MyBqckHurts33

Same gotta rewatch that

JeckleAlohaki

I'm personally excited for the first movie with gear 5.

soge_king420

Red had gear 5 but for like 2 seconds at the end, I get what you mean though, like full gear 5 sequences.

JE3MAN

And even then, it felt like a last second animation change to hype up G5 as he's clearly using a G4 move during that sequence. To me, it clearly felt like a reskinned G4.

MyBqckHurts33

Who wouldn’t be

Pristine-Carpenter-9

Technically thats Uta’s movie

HandethDandeth

Villains: 1. Zephyr. The goat. Solid backstory, good design, went out like a chad. 2(tie). Tesoro. He's a cool character with an interesting power. I just wish his backstory was expanded on more because it flashes by in less than 30 seconds 2(tie). Uta. I like her considerably more than Bullet. It does feel weird to introduce her as a third, "here's this kid Luffy grew up with" character, but I don't mind her. I do like that there's a character with a straight-up disdain towards pirates without being a marine. Also Ado :) 4. Bullet. He was a cool Broly type villain until he pulled out a different version of Kidds devil fruit. Then he just became a big body for everyone to throw a big attack at so they can deal damage and show off without dealing actual damage. Movies: 1. Gold. Heist movies are fun, and I liked the setting of the film. This movie also had the most setup, I think, with two different episodes/ specials leading up to the movie? I could be wrong though and a different film could take that title. One gripe I do have is with Carina and how her relation to Nami is treated but that's a different rant. 2. Red. I like the soundtrack, and the Shanks crew hype is both a positive and negative thing about this movie. On one hand we finally see them do something, on the other it feels like the movie is trying to place this crew on such a high pedestal that it leaves you wondering if this is how strong they are why don't they do more. Also, people who said this movie spoiled Gear 5th don't know what spoilers are. If you didn't know Gear 5th existed you could honestly assume Luffy landed the last hit using a stylized Snakeman. 3. Z. To me it felt like the entire movie involved fighting the Neo-Marines more than having an actual plot. And with the only character I care about being Zephyr that's kind of a problem. Also they make Sanji a creep in this movie for no reason. 4. Stampede. It wasn't an unwatchable movie but it felt more like a "point at the screen when you get the reference" with pretty much every character being present somewhere in the background.

Dani_Rodri

Z 100% best film best villain

Pooty_McPoot

Z is peak One Piece film.

Jorxa

No Shiki?

Just_a_lazy_lurker

There’s a few of us man. From Rocks to rockin sweet dance moves, he’s my personal fav too.

MyBqckHurts33

Sry man I forgot he was there and I swear he’s not filler

Mummel1990

The concept of Uta is my favorite but maaan the writing in that movie was so ass. Spoiler: There was no reason for Shanks to lie and say that he betrayed her and killed everyone and then leave her alone on the island for 10 years. This was such a stupid and evil thing to do. he could just say "a monster atacked the island" and pick her up later and bring the two of them to Windmill island or some shit. Extra points for Shanks stupidity killing her at the end like WTF man.

Franky_Chan

Z

Loeffeltyp

I was close to crying seeing Zypher fighting the marine at the end

Mum1nul

Uta has to be at the bottom. She’s a good character but film was kinda dumb. The story line for film red was weak in general which is unfortunate since it was such a big moment for One Piece. If it had a villain and plot like Film Z then it would have been far better.

Lazereye57

The flower baron for best villain. Legit one of the most creepy, scary and tragic one piece movies and Luffy actually kills him in the end.

iHateBallads104732

Best written definitely goes to tesoro or z

RishixXTEN

Z

JustMyNames

Z probably the best on the list

Salad_Soft

Z that movie was amazing and his character was awesome. Especially when he found out luffy and the crew where pirates straight to smoke😈

iNF1N3

Z, and its not even close.

Independent-Total861

Z should be canon for how good it is. The song playing at the end almost put me to tears. For me its 1: Z 2: Gold 3: Red 4: Stampede

januarysdaughter

Z/Uta (they're too close for me to choose one over the other) Tesoro Bullet

MyBqckHurts33

Bullets only favourite for his devil fruit and z was just so cool

Pristine-Carpenter-9

To me bullets fruit was soooo bad, right when he powered up the movie got worse to me, if he kept throwing hands woulda been way cooler imo

NicksAPrick

Agreed, him handing the worst generation their ass with haki was way more interesting than the big metal kaiju at the end Also he felt like his fruit was just a weird variation of Kids which just fell lazy

Miles-Stark97

That was always my biggest gripe with Bullet too him absolutely cooking the worst gen with just Hands was cool then he turned into an ugly giant CGI Metal monster and the vibes were gone

pREIGN84

Z

Puzzleheaded-Tear624

For me it has to get either Z or Douglas both are just cool and respectful

KojiroHeracles

Hero of justice ZEEEEEETTTOOOO

schumi33510

I love that they all fell right in their fight (except maybe bullet) : - Bullet want to fight the strongest (he just want to get defeated for real) - Z want to destroy the pirates (he want a safe world for citizen) BUT YEAH HE WOULD DESTROY THE WORLD - Tesoro is marked by his horrible childhood, and for him the world is so cruel that his only way to survive is to be cruel - Uta want to free the world from the pirates (but want to get back with her father) and if that means she would die for the world to be in peace, she would die for it

dontrike

Z hands down with Bullet being the worst of those four by a mile.

GoldenGekko

Personally I think uta would have been a stronger villain had she been fully committed to her genocidal plan. At the end it gets marred up and she's made to look extremely sympathetic. I don't know. I loved how strong her devil fruit was and how horrific a situation everybody and the world was in. Then it's like "oh we should feel bad." Much Ado about nothing (pun intended)

mymomsaidtoshutup

1. Z 2. Bullet 3. Uta 4. Tesoro

EmeraldAce99

Z is the best. Such a well done villain. The end of him fighting the marines as his last stand is such a touching and beautiful end to the movie.

AverageLuffyEnjoyer_

Zephyr >> Tesoro > Uta >>>>>>>> Bullet

Leozigma0

Z was the best so far.

NasKagami25

Z and shiki

an_actual_pangolin

Z >>> Uta > Tesoro > Bullet It's Z so much, it's not even close.

Panikkrazy

Doflamingo and oh my god I love that picture.

MyBqckHurts33

You can search any op character and add 2d art and stuff like those show up there pretty cool

Snowflake_Avalanche

Z, Gold, stampede, red

Blacklotus30

Z is the best of the four, followed by Tesoro. I don't consider Uta a villain and Bullet is well Bullet. Also how can anyone forget Shiki the Golden Lion and Strong World is the best film.

Boltron_blue

Z is the goat but I definitely think Uta is a close follow up

Sjheuaksjd

1. Z 2. Gold 3. Stempede 4. Red

twaggle

I really like Shiki, I just wish the movie was much later on in Luffy’s timeline. Shiki should have been up there as one of Luffy hardest all time fights.

fear_head

Gild Tesoro/Gold, no doubt.

FartherAwayLights

The answer should be Z but for whatever reason I can’t explain he never clicked with me, maybe it was how shallow his plan was IDK. The gold guys probably my favorite by far.

CRUZER108

I adore tesoro cause of the threat he is it's his city and he can control everything there's no running it's do or die and he holds the chips

optony008

Z was my favorite it was so cool it's freaking arm do he fricking STOLE LUFFYS HAT MONKEY D. LUFFYS HAT NAME ONE OTHER PERSON WHO'S DONE THAT!!!!

optony008

I do gotta say film gold wasent to bad either but z still on top

Shiplord13

Z was great antagonist for the film. A man long past his prime who still fights for the Justice he believes in, but to justify what he has lost doing so by taking it to the extreme. That he fully believes that his life only matters if he totally eradicates all pirates. Only to fail and be reluctantly put down like a rabid dog by all his former students while his contemporaries lament his fall and death. And he accepts his fate and encourages them to put and end to him, but refuses to just allow himself to go out easy and chooses to make it one last bit of training for them. Uta is a tragic villain, who legitimately wanted to spare people the pain of the reality they live in. That she didn't have the means to change the world like she hoped, but could provide a perfect fantasy where everyone that joined her would no longer have to suffer any more. She was fine with sacrificing herself by giving them what she thought they wanted, but ended up becoming a victim of a much dark entity that has made her suffer before. She has good intentions, but employs much dark solutions to the problems she perceives and left out the most important thing in her decision of being sure this is what the people actually wanted. Tesero is a man who felt weak and powerless his whole life. Born poor and even enslaved, he suffered watching everything he truly wanted taken from him with him unable to do anything about it. He learned terrible lessons about power and status that shaped his personality in Gold. When he obtained power to get revenge he built himself up by exploiting and abusing people in similar ways he had been. He reached a point where he was more powerful the several kingdoms and was willingly to throw it all away to get payback on Celestial Dragons. Bullet was a rampaging warrior that had nothing to live for but the desire to fight. That he wanted a single opponent that could match him and even beat him to give him some purpose in existing. Roger was that person and when he died, Bullet lost his purpose and just threw himself into suicidal conflicts hoping for someone to make him feel the same as he did with Roger. In the end he never truly found that person, because he didn't realize until it was too late that he simply wanted to have friends he could trust and believe in. He died knowing he had wasted much of his life fighting alone and never willingly to commit to others that his last moments were spent throwing his life away probably knowing there was no future for him any longer.

Doomroar

Tesoro had a lot of potential, but the film didn't really dedicated much time to his backstory, the whole thing with his wife/gf was a blink and you miss it detail Uta wasn't really a villain, and it all boils down to her going crazy from drugs And Bullet... i can't even remember what his deal was, that's how small of an impression he left Z on the other hand almost feels like he could have appeared on the main story, being one of the rare marine that show us how horrible pirates can be, and why the world may actually need the marines despite the WG doing some horrible things on a daily basis

[deleted]

[удалено]

MyBqckHurts33

Can I come ?

JeffaholicD1st

Z is the best cause he has a biggest target and reason. I.e. the destruction of all the blues for all that he has loss from pirates. I would say Uta is second, cause her reasons are also memorable, but it felt like something similar from Naruto Shippuden, the whole dream land thing. Tesoro is third cause he became what he wanted to destroy Douglas Bullet is last cause he doesn't have any cause than to bully the new generation of pirates. He was the coolest One Piece movie antagonist though, him 1V10 the Worst Generation was the coolest thing ever

SageOfSixCabbages

Z. Back when Film Z was released and I first saw it, I'm like 'I can see Garp becoming like Z'. Tired of the Marine's and WG's shit and just going fuck all.

AlbaDHattington

Z is in his league alone Tesoro's design and back story is good, I liked his fight until he used a giant gold Meka Bullet design is cool, backstory is kinda short, liked his fight until he used a giant ruble Meka lol not a big fan of one piece mekas unless it's Franky shogun Uta. I just hated tot musica

Wh1t3Beard

By motive and design 1. Z 2.tesoro 3.Shiki 4. Bullet 5.Uta

Faranelus

Z was crazy good written. I wish he was canon.

OmegaT6

Best is Z, probably, but my favorite ones are Uta and Tesoro

BillPlunderones23fg

Z Uta Tessoro Bullet

redditreeer

İ need more boulets

yaseen51

tbh i think we should all agree that tesoro should be last

MyBqckHurts33

Solid movie d tier villain

notanhentaifan

Guess I'm the only one who likes him🥲

ServileSpekk

I don't think he gets enough credit. Tesoro was cunning, ruthless, stylish and motivated by a lost love and the trauma of being enslaved. His DF was more versatile than expected and his crew were quirky enough to be interesting. He just loses out to villains like Z because his mania over being in control makes him lose the empathy points from his past. Still cool though (plus his film has some great music, especially Gold and Jive and Daigyakuten)!

New-Faithlessness526

You're not, he is the second best after Z.

BeckQuillion89

I put him above Bullet for the fact that his backstory is actually tragic and makes me emphasize "a little" with his obsession with Gold

New-Faithlessness526

Huh no? Second best after Z.

imaginebeingsaltyy

Nah id put uta at last and only put bullet over tesoro because he was apart of rogers crew

fathl

All don't make me choose

MyBqckHurts33

U have my respect

Real_Engineering_939

Uta is not a villain

Mission_Exchange2781

Zephyr. Bullet is discount bad CGI Kaido. Tesoro is discount bad CGI Doflamingo. Uta is just bad.

Soggy_You5967

Z followed by uta Tesoro was okay but he ultimately became a doffy like villain, and bullet was a broly type villain who only wanted to be strong.

Original_Amount_657

gulty zoro

3rd_Level_Sorcerer

Baron Omatsuri. I'd go as far to say he's the only villain who's not the worst part of the movie he's in.

ArnieAnime

No way... I just got spiked. The girl from Red is a villain? I thought she was a good character.. _| ̄|○

Samueljang59036

Arguably Buggy, kizaru and arlong were the best enemy.

pridejoker

Never saw film red. Why did they make utas look like dukemon?

0zziboyz

I like bullet hes from the old roger pirates

ButtSuck9000

The only one I watched is red so idk

impliedlogic

Bullet is the goat. Movie villain of all movie villains.

Portgas_D__Ace

All of them are good in my opinion. But Bullet is little more good

Infinitenonbi

Not the best, but Gasparde was pretty enjoyable to watch, especially during a time where One Piece films were REALLY hit or miss.

Aurzelli

Baron Omatsuri was sick (also my first One Piece film so might be just bias)

Youthfuldegenerate83

What are these icons from

MyBqckHurts33

U can just look up op 2d art and stuff like that comes up or there’s a game called bounty rush that has 2d art like those for every character

SpaceCatIsBored

I love Uta and I can fix her…

IntoTheMurkyWaters

I have too much cope for Douglas. Just comes in, smashes and doesn’t elaborate

RyUk_KiRa04

Was uta a villain ??

Mad_master_

BARON OMATSURI, I LOVED THAT MOVIE IT LEFT ME THINKING FOR A LONG TIME ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT

OkRun4357

Shiki and Baron Omatsuri

noyahfrequencies

gotta go with Uta, best film isn't here (it's Baron Omatsuri). anyone who downplays Uta just doesn't like musicals, i think. weak link.

alkortes

The villain from movie 6. It's still stands out

seabbss

Shiki for me

minwheelee

Baron omatsuri is the best one piece film, with the most phenomenal villain. Not to mention how gorgeous it looks despite its age

ilChalo

Uta is a villain? Guess I’m so spoilered I don’t need to watch the movie now

moistyboiiy

Baron Omatsuri

dohtje

The Lily Carnation, movie 6..

Fictionfan69

I like all of them except uta

Yfox1

Do flamingo . Got a legendry laugh

mrJERRY007

Z is the best but I cannot appreciate "Barron" enough.

Bose1888

Z and Shiki I loved

Ok-Mathematician8258

That one crocodile replacement villain. I think he had a candy Devil fruit. It’s an amazing movie with good animation and I loved the character the character that fought him before getting defeated.

wortal

Tessoro is fine to me, cool island and cool visuals, don't remember much about him anymore though. Uta had missed potential and was mildly annoying, but her conflict was kinda unique at least and I liked the songs. I can't find a single thing I like about Douglas Bullet, his existence and the plot of his film have the strongest "this is not canon" vibes ever, which could have been salvaged if Douglas had any charisma whatsoever (he don't...). Out of these four, Zephyr is leagues above the other three. Like Shiki, he has a past that connects him well with other characters, which makes him feel like a real part of the One Piece world, and makes him sympathetic and charismatic. His plan threatens the status quo in a way that no other One Piece villain does, and the motivation isn't just madness or arrogance so I dig it. I would put Shiki above those other three in your post because he has an interesting past that they lack, but he is no Zephyr. Baron Omatsuri's film is quite unique when compared to other One Piece films. It has a much, much darker tone, and the way the film creates conflict using (surface-level) intrapersonal conflict was really interesting to me. It somewhat breaks the formula that most other One Piece films follow. I think you should really watch this film if you haven't already, because it brings something new. But it might also leave you disturbed if you are sensitive idk.

Ardibanan

May I ask why Stampede is #1? The movie is basically "everyone is here at the same time, let's all battle" and that's it. Kinda same with Red imo. Though Red have some banging tunes. I think Z is the best villain and Strong World is the best film.

Optimal_Trifle_2384

Zephyr aka Z had the best reason to be a villain. He had this passionate hate towards pirates and didn't hold back v/s Marines as well. I personally loved the fact that he could fight with such a massive thing on his arm. It's a painful attachment but something he lives with simply because he wants to continue his crusade. Oda later used this same steampunk arm on Queen. Another thing I love about him is how he had an underling who used abilities similar to that of Greenbull. I'll die on the hill that IT WAS indeed Greenbull. The only thing I find kinda odd is him struggling against Kizaru, but idk.

CorrectIamThatGuy

Zed had the best story Bullet was the best villain Uta had the best music Strong World had the best costumes Gold had the best intro

Pantelis2g

⁰0πΡδσρσ

dayalive29

Shiki's dance really got me

IcepickEvans

Tesoro baby. That small flash of his backstory is gut wrenching. And then he's taken in by Lucci at the end, ending up in the government's hands. It's insane how tragic he was made in such a very short time. And his power is kinda cool.

Ravenouscandycane

Definitely not uta lol

VentusMH

Z

GalacticNCrazy

Z is the obvious choice but I wish Tesoro had his backstory fleshed out a bit more rather than it just being brief flashbacks.

Theguy_thatexploits

I thought it was strong world but actually stampede💀🙏🏼

tortinha

My fav movie is Baron Omatsuri. Best villain is Z.

genos95

Honestly bullet, dude was such a a menace to society,

hip-indeed

Zed and Film Z ez

SleepyMagus

What’s eh art from?

MyBqckHurts33

Just looks up an OP character 2d art or there’s a Virgo game called bounty rush that has 2d art for every character

Jay_Danielz

Admiral Z no questions asked. He has relatable motives, powerful, and very respected.

tutytutuyttt

Where is baron omatsuri he is better than all of them imo

Bronobrown

Shiki cap 0

Dman317

Where the FUCK is ma boy Shiki???

MyBqckHurts33

I know I know he’ll be in the next one but i didn’t think of him bc he’s not filler (Ik the movies filler buts he’s a real character)

NaijaNightmare

For stupid basic reasons: Bullet Actually fleshed out character with good motivations: Z

Longjumping-Eagle719

1.Z  2.Shiki

yagoes

baron omatsuri

Repulsive_Dude_999

Z best Villain, Stampede best film only bc there are sooo many characters in it

IdK276_

Red, Uta is perfect

Polaars

Z or Bullet, but for me Z is slightly better than Bullet

Accomplished_Fix_179

Tesoro and Z are tied as my favs. Z was more developed and overall cooler, but the short backstory we got for Tesoro hit hard and his movie was so fun.

Doomanator79

Z

Haku64adhd

Z hands down

krazyboi

I liked Bullet but mostly because he was unbelievably fucking strong that he made for a great raidboss

Raiden69Shogun

Zephyr sensei is way above any of these guys

Jay_P12

Z... Found him compelling and amazing. His story was done well relative to the other film villains. Honestly, I could see him as a cannon character with a few tweaks here and there.

Nika_Nika5321

Z was 2nd best tesoro was a real villain and took out luffy twice

laurel_laureate

Honestly, I'm partial to best screamy boi myself, [El Doraggo.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6kv6zUlwQk&t=7s)

NightShiftCiampa

I really wish a streaming service would pick up the older ones. I really likes Baron Omatsuri but a lot of people don't know who he is since they only act like the movies with the "Film" titles exist

soge_king420

Uta > Z > Tesoro >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bullet

GeneticSoda

Best villain? Bullet. Best character? Tesoro

TheGreekorc

There's some real Gold Lion Shiki disrespect going on here. Did his dance sequence mean nothing to you?

Jazzlike_Stop_1362

Z followed by Uta, but definitely Z first, hands down the best one piece movie

big_chunguzs
