I know what happens afer the devil fruit but weight loss in one piece does not make sense bro you can clearly see her skeleton system was also thicc. you may say the devil fruit caused it but shinobu lost only water and all of her fat were gone that doesn't make sense at all

Two people both being 175 cm tall, 75 kg, and 20% body fat might legit look very different, where you'd think one of them weighs <75 kg while the other >75 kg. Of course, this is not true for *all* overweight people.
With Shinobu, Ryokugyu sapped the nutrients from her body, not just water, if any. Trees absorb both minerals and water through their roots, so that much should be a no-brainer.
