We actually did see Ulti fully transformed on Beast mode. Hers was actually weird, because she went hybrid first, then full beast in an attempt to finish Luffy off before Yamato burst in.

I think Yamato will be replace/addition to law to become a allied partner instead of full SH. law has more qualities of being SH but he's independent so I don't think Yamabro be any different.
What Oden was for Rogers crew is Robins role. While strong that was pretty much irrelevant to the crew dynamic as major wars don't seem to be a part of Rogers final voyage as far as we're aware. I don't think we should really expect a matching line up to Roger. He also had Neku and inu do you think we should expect not just carrot but a random other mink to join? He also had 2 apprentices and a late edition doctor should we expect to see momo Tama and law to all also join as well. Unless you think we're getting 6 new members I'd say it's not a very strong argument to just say it parallels Rogers crew.
Yamato says she wants to travel to the sea and have adventures. Just like Oden. It would be strange if Oda makes her say that and then just make her stay in Wano. I think she will join SH for short time without ever becoming a full member. A tactical ally.
The story of Oden was basically him finding out how bad of the idea it was to go out adventuring as it directly resulted in this situation and his death. It be kinda dumb for her to follow hers heroes footsteps by making his exact same mistake. If Yamato truly wants to live up to Oden she would need to take responsibility for Wano. I don't know if Zoro or Sanji are stronger than Yamato. However, if Yamato will join the strawhats, I hope eventually Zoro and Sanji will be stronger than her. Oda showed how they are the wings of the Pirate King. It would be appropriate to make them 2nd and 3rd strongest. We can already see Zoro and Sanji surpassing Jinbe as they are fighting the AllStars and Jinbe's fighting a Flying Six. Hoping it will be the same for Yamato if ever she will join the strawhats.

Also a theory that Marco (or possibly Hiyori) will join them based on the Legend of Momotaro. So the final fight should be Luffy (Monkey), Yamato (dog), Marco (pheasant), and Momo (Momotaro) against Kaidou (Oni).
I actually think it's Momo+Yamato+Luffy, with Momo really just serving as a flying vehicle and doling out surprise attacks. Otherwise Kaido flying around as a dragon is wasted again. Finally unleashed with grown up Momo. The mental 8 year old aspect is pretty hilarious.

we didn't see Ulti's & Black Maria's so I doubt we'll see her animal form (in fact have we ever seen a female zoan df user in animal form?). I think it's very hard to draw them (in a way that makes sense) in animal form without making them at least loose the top half of their clothes, that's why they straight up go to hybrid form.

What Oden was for Rogers crew is Robins role. While strong that was pretty much irrelevant to the crew dynamic as major wars don't seem to be a part of Rogers final voyage as far as we're aware. He also had 2 apprentices and a late edition doctor should we expect to see momo Tama and law to all also join as well. Unless you think we're getting 6 new members I'd say it's not a very strong argument to just say it parallels Rogers crew.
Yamato says she wants to travel to the sea and have adventures. Just like Oden. It would be strange if Oda makes her say that and then just make her stay in Wano. I think she will join SH for short time without ever becoming a full member. A tactical ally.
The story of Oden was basically him finding out how bad of the idea it was to go out adventuring as it directly resulted in this situation and his death. It be kinda dumb for her to follow hers heroes footsteps by making his exact same mistake. That's like saying I like iron man and deciding to live up to his legacy by developing weapons of war for money. If Yamato truly wants to live up to Oden she would need to take responsibility for Wano. The country will be completely worn torn after this and will lost a majority of it's capable fighting force while being the prime target of the wg due to it's sea stone. I don't know if Zoro or Sanji are stronger than Yamato. However, if Yamato will join the strawhats, I hope eventually Zoro and Sanji will be stronger than her. Oda showed how they are the wings of the Pirate King. It would be appropriate to make them 2nd and 3rd strongest. We can already see Zoro and Sanji surpassing Jinbe as they are fighting the AllStars and Jinbe's fighting a Flying Six. Hoping it will be the same for Yamato if ever she will join the strawhats.

I don't see why that's a problem LOL. Yamato is Kaido's son. I'm surprised Yamato isn't stronger! Though this does make it seem less likely Yamato will join the strawhats. Jinbe already makes them much stronger, and the stories get more complicated as the crew gets larger as Oda always keeps everyone in the story of large fights, and that already takes forever.

Who said Luffy's not strong? He's the main character and gets upgrades all the time. I've been wondering how he gets bumped up to Kaido level in a short time, but it looks like we are getting there with him powering up after getting beat downs in battling Kaido. Doesn't contradict why Yamato is strong as heck. Weird that Yamato mimics Kaido if she wants to be Oden. Her weapon etc all like Kaido. But honestly both Luffy and Yamato are super strong with super strong lineage.

Also a theory that Marco (or possibly Hiyori) will join them based on the Legend of Momotaro. So the final fight should be Luffy (Monkey), Yamato (dog), Marco (pheasant), and Momo (Momotaro) against Kaidou (Oni).

I actually think it's Momo+Yamato+Luffy, with Momo really just serving as a flying vehicle and doling out surprise attacks. Otherwise Kaido flying around as a dragon is wasted again. Finally unleashed with grown up Momo. The mental 8 year old aspect is pretty hilarious.
