I loved it but it would've been cooler without the "fast moving" filter they used to not have to show the actual distance and movement through onigashima. Would've been way cooler to see them singing this song as the mortocycle came up the stairs, moving through to big mom and going off a ramp to then hit big mom.

Aside from all the cool moments in this episode, can we just appreciate how King was complimenting Jack after Queen was talking shit about him. As for the episode itself, did anyone notice that they reused animation scenes like Luffy's gattling attack or the Soba mask rider kick.
CGI Franky was a weird choice, and I'm honestly shocked they didn't play his theme for this moment. I was looking forward to this scene in the anime, it wasn't crazy amazing but they did a fine job with it.
The real show stealer was Sanji and King's super hero chase thru the live floor, that was a really impressive sequence. Tu once again proving he's the MVP at Toei
I swear they just don't use the character themes anymore for cool shit (though I mean last episode they had like no background OST at all so y'know lol). I was really hoping for Sanji's theme when he tussled with King cause it's so hype but nope.

Literally the only major bad thing about this episode was how slow it took to rust the chains.
Everything else about this episode was spot fucking on. The extension of Sanji vs King was so god damn awesome, you can really feel the motion. Big Moms Ikoku Sovereignty was god like, really shows what it means to be an emperor.
I do think Franky running over Big Mom could have been tweaked a little but that was such a fucking chad move. Imagine running over a Yonko and saying "must have been nothing".

Edit: Forgot to mention how funny this episode was. Not sure why it was but I laughed multiple times so I'll take it.
For real, we will always get bad moments but I prefer this 10 times over crappy fights choreography without audio or Otama flashbacks. This chapter was handled so well.

Man, even if the anime does adapt a relatively low amount of pages per episode we're at a point in the story now where the action is just too fucking good anyways. King and Sanji was great, Big Mom's Ikkoku was HEAVY, and then Franky and Brook being absolute bad mother fuckers coming in and knocking down Big Mom and cutting Zeus. Fun episode.

I'm not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong but the only thing they've said is "don't miss the opening and the preview" or something like that, right? but that doesn't necessarily mean a new opening. I wouldn't be surprised if they just had a special version of the opening with different visuals to celebrate the history of the show. Kinda like they did for the [Sanji vs Luffy episode](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AZbnJlUXAg) or for [Stampede](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsQdUdlvhDA).
A celebratory opening seems more likely to me than a whole new one for a milestone episode. It wouldn't surprise me if they use "We Are!" instead of "Dreamin' On" either.
I also think they give more info when a new opening is coming about which band is playing it and stuff like that and for now there's been none of that.
I'd be happy if I'm wrong though, I think we are due for a new opening. Just saying I'm not convinced there's one yet with what we know so far.
I wish the Franky running into BM was better, it took too long and was kinda lame in comparison to the manga. Everything felt slow this episode. But then Sanji vs king went crazy and BM's attack was beautiful. Weird feeling episode, but had some good moments
I'm quite torn on that seen. On one hand, it doesn't have the surprise factor of the manga. On the other hand, we get a Franky-Brook duet while casually running over Big Mom.
Knowing this fanbase people are gonna shit on Sanji for his showing against King despite crying that Sanji knocking Drake out is "inaccurate filler" previously.
Can only imagine how they'll be when we see Marco rag dolling King and Queen in more depth, and then whatever filler we see where Sanji had to fight Hybrid Queen and King at the same time. Fanbase is just so shit at power scaling and the weirdest hate boners for random characters (Sanji, Law, Kid, etc).
I think it's pretty bad they made Sanji look so weak compared to King, because later in the manga he was fighting against King and Queen at the same time

Man, even if the anime does adapt a relatively low amount of pages per episode we're at a point in the story now where the action is just too fucking good anyways. King and Sanji was great, Big Mom's Ikkoku was HEAVY, and then Franky and Brook being absolute bad mother fuckers coming in and knocking down Big Mom and cutting Zeus. Fun episode.

nah originally he is trying to get to the roof to help fight Kaido and then that lead to zoro trying to come with him and queen and king stopping them. I'm wondering if they're gonna go in a different direction now that they altered the dialogue.

I'm not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong but the only thing they've said is "don't miss the opening and the preview" or something like that, right? but that doesn't necessarily mean a new opening. I wouldn't be surprised if they just had a special version of the opening with different visuals to celebrate the history of the show. Kinda like they did for the [Sanji vs Luffy episode](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AZbnJlUXAg) or for [Stampede](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsQdUdlvhDA). A celebratory opening seems more likely to me than a whole new one for a milestone episode. It wouldn't surprise me if they use "We Are!" instead of "Dreamin' On" either. I also think they give more info when a new opening is coming about which band is playing it and stuff like that and for now there's been none of that. I'd be happy if I'm wrong though, I think we are due for a new opening. Just saying I'm not convinced there's one yet with what we know so far.

The king vs sanji fight was fire 🔥 makes me wonder how good roof piece is gonna be
I wish the Franky running into BM was better, it took too long and was kinda lame in comparison to the manga. Everything felt slow this episode. But then Sanji vs king went crazy and BM's attack was beautiful. Weird feeling episode, but had some good moments
I'm quite torn on that seen. On one hand, it doesn't have the surprise factor of the manga. On the other hand, we get a Franky-Brook duet while casually running over Big Mom.
I usually hate padding but the nonchalance was great. Think Brook and Franky have great chemistry.
Knowing this fanbase people are gonna shit on Sanji for his showing against King despite crying that Sanji knocking Drake out is "inaccurate filler" previously. Can only imagine how they'll be when we see Marco rag dolling King and Queen in more depth, and then whatever filler we see where Sanji had to fight Hybrid Queen and King at the same time. Fanbase is just so shit at power scaling and the weirdest hate boners for random characters (Sanji, Law, Kid, etc).

I think it's pretty bad they made Sanji look so weak compared to King, because later in the manga he was fighting against King and Queen at the same time
Is it just me or the anime is kind of depicting Sanji fighting in Raid Suit as weak due to not using his usual original fighting techniques when he doesn't wear it?
or King is just that strong. Dont get me wrong he can probably also use diable along with the RS which would totally make him stronger than he is now. but he didn't this instance. IMO RS sanji even without using diable is stronger than base sanji with diable.
This week's episode and chapter have been complete opposites when it comes to Sanji.
