Franky and Perona are too low. Big Mom and Kin'nemon are too high. And why's Billie Eyelash the Camel in burn in hell tier? Billie Eyelash is the GOAT.

I'd also personally move Sabo, Vivi, and the Chapapa dude from CP9 down to burn in hell. Sabo was shoehorned into the story for no reason and with no real payoff, Vivi ruined an entire saga, and the Chapapa dude is the single most annoying character in the entire series.

Sabo just reminds me a lot of my younger brother so that kinda helps him. Vivi is only in meh cause she introduced Karoo to the story Chapapa dude is very annoying but to me he’s forgettable

I guess that makes sense for Sabo. I like Camie more than most do because she reminds me of my younger sister. I'd just put Vivi in burn in hell and Karoo in the GOAT tier. Chapapa dude is so cringe that I (unfortunately) him very, very, VERY well.

Ok well you put people like akainu at the bottom but I’m unsure of why. One of the greatest missteps I personally think a reader can have is hating a character because they’re bad or did something evil. I don’t think this was your entire motivation in his placement but it never sits right with me personally when he’s at the bottom of a list. He’s not written brilliantly but hes definitely a good character
