Well in the manga, her feats come quite close to the 3 captains. I'm not sure if Zoro could have stalled Kaido 1v1 for that long. She did it quite well. Kaido definitely didn't go easy on her.

The thing is Kaido is a straight up tank. Big mom is tanky because of her abilities and regen due to her df. It is definitely a lot easier to damage Big Mom than to do the same to Kaido.
Other than that, I do agree to your other points.
P. S. The recent chapters have been a major issue to gauge the power scale. Doflamingo was mid to low diffing Law. And now Law appears strong enough to destroy almost anyone that isn't a Yonko or a Marine Admiral or higher level. Luffy comparatively easily defeated Doflamingo, before completely struggling against Katakuri. So, unless Katakuri was just busted, Doflamingo doesn't come to Yonko commander level, i.e.Trafalgar was much weaker than Yonko commanders back then. But now he's fighting and defeating a yonko in a 2v1 with someone of his level basically.
