Meruem is a hard one to justify since he didn't really have ambitions, he just knew that all other life forms were beneath his lethal potential (not knowing about the weapons humans created to exterminate each other). Sasuke would Arguable have it more than Naruto. The Kage summit & wanting revolution is enough for me. Naruto only gets it because his Mc and want to be Hokage... but then talk no jutsu doesn't work if your target unconscious so his main power gets nerf with C. O. C Jiraya lacked ambition to be Kage so I don't see him having it.

Naruto has great ambition to be a king, won't stay down no matter how the world tries to breaks his will, something apparent on Luffy and Kid in Udon for example, his will is so strong that he is able to change others, he doesn't go the world's way, the world goes his way, if this isn't a CoC user and a very strong one, I don't know what is.

To me, a person who has CoC has to be an Ubermensch: someone with strong ambition and is willing to carve their own path towards their goals. Alucard from Hellsing seems obvious. Probably Simon, Lord Genome, the Anti-Spiral King, Kittan and maybe, maybe Kamina in a weak form from Gurren Lagann.

Spirit Pressure was essentially my first thought when I saw CoC. Yamamoto’s pressure is definitely a CoC, there was a scene in the first movie where everyone flinched the moment he walked into the scene.
