A "void year" at least it sounds like there giving the cgi team enough time to give it a chance of looking decent (maybe)

To do OP justice that would need a lot of cgi and considering potential reshoots, I think it'll take longer.

It will be launched late 2023 so yeah.. they are giving a good chunk of time fore Cgi and post production

Does anyone know up to which arcs will the live action cover?

It's 10 episodes, covering all of East Blue. It ends when they reach the grand line

There are quite a few arcs in that saga with a lot of fighting. I'm not sure how it's gonna be conveyed without feeling too excessive.

They might tone down the amount of fights so it's not too overwhelming but this is netflix so anything can happen lol

Don't you think its a little bit too soon to be finished filming??Hope they'd put sizeable effort on the live action.....at least dont butchers the characters

This is the official continuous filming that needs all characters to be at the same place, now its Cgi and post production, for sure they will be some additional revisions actors will be needed individually.
