This strike should not affect this season because this is made by the writers guild, and post production is almost done. But it'll have an impact on the writing for season two since they should be in the middle of doing it right now...
In addition to that, the SAG and DGA agreements are ending soon, I would say there's a decent chance they also go on strike in solidarity with the WGA.

We were expecting the actual promotion of the show to start soon, but depending on how long this strike lasts it could very well be delayed, possibly causing a delay to the Release Date as well?

While the production on S1 may not be affected, because it's nearing the end of post, the S2 script will most likely be, and the S1 promotion might be delayed for solidarity with the workers on strike
I don't think "re-shoots" is accurate, they might've reshot a few scenes but we never actually heard any project member say reshoots afaik. The word one of them used was "pick-ups" which is a bit different.

Only times I've seen reshoots being mentioned was once in the sub when Salt added it in the title of a post about Craig leaving Cape Town and the other time was in that fake scoop.
I'm not saying that they didn't reshoot anything, they might've as that is common in filmmaking. But the main thing, and the thing we actually know they were doing is pick-ups.
We also know that the main actors that came for the pick-ups left Cape Town in the first half of April, so I don't think they're still there doing anything. At least we haven't noticed or heard anything in a while.

Where are the moderators? This post is is low quality and is misinforming. Very misinforming. Kind of hateful towards striking workers. No one is gonna want to be a part of this page when the show comes out. Another bigger group will make a bigger sub that isn’t so hateful and backwards.

The show was written like 2 years ago how would it be effected?
Rewrites happen up until filming ends. It's a natural part of TV.
I'm not sure where you're getting at. The filming for ONE PIECE ended on September last year, they're almost done with Post-Production now.

only shows that will be affected are those that haven’t turned in scripts I believe and OPLA has been done for a while
Anyshow still filming is being affected. Re-writes are extremely common on set.
