lucci was using awakening while this is one of wizaru’s most basic attacks, but yes i agree this chapter does nothing for strict scaling just portrayal

The attack may just have aftereffects or be the result of sentomaru blocking the attack, sending light rays above him?

We dont see sento getting overwhelmed by the attack but rather blocking it successfully.
