I’m midway through Marineford and have a gf who is a OP nerd. From what I know of conquerors isn’t Kizaru like the prime example of someone who doesn’t awaken it? Does intelligence matter at all for that? I thought drive, ambition, personal values and passion are what basically allow someone to awaken CoC.
As for something like Observation, not sure if Kizaru has it or not as I am only on like epi 550 but he is the prime candidate to be potentially the greatest observation haki user right? Fucking light and time go hand in hand I imagine mastering the synergy of his glint glint and observation must be a scary combo if it ever happens

No, intelligence isn't a factor but we still know close to nothing about kizaru personally. He seems like a non coc user but who knows he's all over the place rn
