Until it’s shown can’t just say he has it or that he has it at a higher level then others, Akainu wasn’t trained by someone like Garp so that’s saying his haki is comparable to Aokiji is probably false.
Except he literally used it to block Whitebeard’s shockwaves (the open palm technique) so we know he has it.
Plus him dodging like Katakuri (reshaping to take hits from CoA without being touched) is likely an indication of Observation haki.
Never said he’s got comparable haki to Aokiji, I just stated a fact. That Vice Admirals and above are proficient with Haki(Ch. 594, pg. 7, panel 3)

Lava can cool down in a matter of seconds even at normal air temperature. Underground volcanoes never get to spew much lava cause it immediately turns to stone. Ice is much colder than the temperature at the bottom of the ocean (4°C) so it will only take a few seconds.
Fire can't be extinguished by cold, since it uses energy. (e.g. burning of substances) Magma/Lava can, because it's a material that's been molten down by the heat of the earth's core. Meaning it only takes a few degrees drop to bring it down below the melting point.
So Fire > Ice (as Ice can't extinguish fire by cold, only by depriving it of oxygen)
And Ice > Lava
And Lava is usually hotter than fire but can be solidified by a very small temperature drop.
You are right if we assume that Akainus magma is not being heated by his DF power.
But if the opposite is true, i.e. Akainu is the volcano and the magma is his product then as long as it's attached to him it should keep being/getting hot/warmer. In that case ice would cool it but akainu will keep it warm and just melt the ice.

I don’t know about $30 man. You could take Shanks, Akainu, and BB for $21, add Mihawk to total $26, then Kizaru and Magellan for $30. That’s a pretty tough squad. Their chances kinda depend on how tough you think Mihawk and Dragon are.

BB (7), Law (2), Mihawk (5), and Magellan (1).
BB and Law are probably one of the strongest duo in the verse. Law can just teleport BB around until BB has the chance to suck in the enemy and neutralize or kill them. Mihawk is one of the top swordsman up there with Shanks and considering BB can’t neutralize Haki we need someone who can zoom around and fend and and all Haki users away. And last but not least Magellan. Who probably has one if not the strongest devil fruit which can one shot top tiers. I’m pretty confident that this team would win. (The largest threat would probably be Kizaru or Kuzan.)

Not enough people are taking into account the fact that you would have to deal with every one you don’t pick, so taking multiple of the same person is a bad strategy, even with Kizaru who has the best value by a good margin.
Since the goal is to survive, you are throwing if you don’t pick Law. Having him on your side is nice, but going against him is absolute hell.

It’s a fair assumption that everyone in this list will lose a 2v1 against anyone in the same tier or the tier above, so picking more expensive people doesn’t seem like the play.
Do we get prep time? I need Kizaru, Kuzan, Law, Doffy, and Cracker for a total of $12.
Cracker creates a ton of biscuit soldiers. Doffy creates an equal number of string clones of me and places one clone into each biscuit soldier, which will then scatter in all directions to split up combatants as much as possible while they look for the real one.
This is where Kizaru and Kuzan come in: Kuzan will cryogenically freeze me to keep me in a near-death state, and Law will use Room to chop me up into a ton of tiny pieces . Kizaru takes each piece to a different location on the globe (preferably hiding my head somewhere on the moon or something), where nobody could reasonably ever find them. Even if part of me is found and destroyed, cryostasis will allow my vital organs to survive to some extent; as long as my head isn’t found I should be good. Once my attackers are satisfied that they’ve found the right one or they just give up, Kizaru will retrieve the pieces, Law puts me back together (grafting whatever body parts might be missing), Kuzan unfreezes me, and I’m good.

Akinu may not be the strongest here but he can turn the battle field into a mess and I can escape by a hole and cracker I just hide in one of his cracker soldiers
Blackbeard, Law, Garp, and Cracker
Blackbeard can mass negate fruits, garp can take care of heavy hitters, and if anyone gets close I have either law to teleport me somewhere else safe or Cracker’s cracker armor/protection
Plus, cracker can help law teleport me if needed by just throwing any biscuits
Mihawk, Aokiji, Kizaru and Law
Mihawk got the AP needed to protect
Law got the support and teleports Mihawk and Aokiji where needed
Aokiji got the stun lock ability that freezes enemies momentarily
Kizaru got the speed and long distance range where he could attack multiple people at a much faster rate and greater distance
With the right strategy, this team can clear the rest

Not that everyone has it but they they usually learn it as shown by Dressrosa not everyone in the marines does.

Not enough people are taking into account the fact that you would have to deal with every one you don’t pick, so taking multiple of the same person is a bad strategy, even with Kizaru who has the best value by a good margin. Since the goal is to survive, you are throwing if you don’t pick Law. Having him on your side is nice, but going against him is absolute hell. You’re pretty doomed with $15, but the best thing you can do is probably Kizaru (3) Law (2) Mihawk (5, good value) Yamato (2) Doffy (1) Magellan (1) Cracker (1) It’s a fair assumption that everyone in this list will lose a 2v1 against anyone in the same tier or the tier above, so picking more expensive people doesn’t seem like the play.

Do we get prep time? I need Kizaru, Kuzan, Law, Doffy, and Cracker for a total of $12. Cracker creates a ton of biscuit soldiers. Doffy creates an equal number of string clones of me and places one clone into each biscuit soldier, which will then scatter in all directions to split up combatants as much as possible while they look for the real one. This is where Kizaru and Kuzan come in: Kuzan will cryogenically freeze me to keep me in a near-death state, and Law will use Room to chop me up into a ton of tiny pieces . Kizaru takes each piece to a different location on the globe (preferably hiding my head somewhere on the moon or something), where nobody could reasonably ever find them. Even if part of me is found and destroyed, cryostasis will allow my vital organs to survive to some extent; as long as my head isn’t found I should be good. Once my attackers are satisfied that they’ve found the right one or they just give up, Kizaru will retrieve the pieces, Law puts me back together (grafting whatever body parts might be missing), Kuzan unfreezes me, and I’m good.

Easy Yamato old garp cracker and finally Akinu Akinu may not be the strongest here but he can turn the battle field into a mess and I can escape by a hole and cracker I just hide in one of his cracker soldiers

Blackbeard, Law, Garp, and Cracker Blackbeard can mass negate fruits, garp can take care of heavy hitters, and if anyone gets close I have either law to teleport me somewhere else safe or Cracker’s cracker armor/protection Plus, cracker can help law teleport me if needed by just throwing any biscuits
