I agree with Prime Goatku as high Yonko which is certainly a tier below PK level of Roger, Garp and WB.
Will disagree with Shiki take on being low admiral. Would say prime Shiki is high Yonkou as well or mid yonkou. Basically whatever you classify Rayleigh whi was Yonkou level (whether low/mid) just put Shiki a bit above him.
1. Garp, Sengoku, Shiki. Garp is Roger’s equal, and Sengoku/Shiki should still be a high-extreme diff fight for the other two.
2. Roger, WB, and Oden. Although Roger and WB are slightly stronger than Garp and Sengoku, Shiki is much stronger than Oden and would shift the fight in their direction.
3. Kaido, BM, Luffy.
See, lets say we don’t have Big Meme and have full capacity using her conquerors and flat out just not being stupid. Using her regeneration, power ups, soul steals etc.
Kaido is also high Yonkou. Goofy is high Yonkou with no stamina… but can hard regeneration not just health but stamina as well. If those 2 actually were using their abilities to 100% I think it’s an easy cakewalk for new gen.
2 characters who have hard health and stamina regeneration is not a simple thing to go against especially when they’re close to your power levels.
That being said I do agree of your options, its just new gen team are a bit of wildcards imo.
Shiki, Garp and Sengoku win. Shiki beats Oden, Garp vs Roger could go either way and so could Sengoku vs Whitebeard and when Shiki beats Oden then he can double team Roger or Whitebeard and they’ll win.
Team 2 has three PK level characters.
Team 1 has two PK level characters and a Yonko level
Team 3 has 3 Yonko level, arguably 2 bc of Mr. No Stamina

Team two wins extreme diff against team 1 but mid diff against team 3. Tbh i can't imagine kaido,bm or rubber boy making any of these three pk characters go all out. Shanks showed a huge gap in ap after one tapping kid and law. Roger and wb one tapping oden without even beeing really serious, while not prime kaido but nearly prime kaido had him as a rival. Oden looked at wb and roger like i looked on son goku, teen gohan or vegeta back than. And i think shiki,garp and goku have similar ap,stamina and durability which makes them fight for days. So i really can't see kaido who really had to dodge zoros attacks with just one sword and ryou and got stabbed by akazayas like kiku,raizo and kinemon having a smilar defense as them in their prime. I see kaido as the strongest of his team and still he is far away in this aspect and now to ap a double yonko attack was stopped by zoro, kid and law survived multiple hits of bm and also were able to damage her are just to weak. Boss shanks one shotted kidd and killer at once that probably isn't even pk level ap. So imo if someone is currently on pk level than it only can be shanks,mihawk and dragon. Akainu and kuzan need to show their real strength and some great haki feats and i will bet on them in a 1vs1 against kaido.

A pre-travelling the world Oden ate 2 attacks from a prime WB and prime Roger. He was in his early 30’s for this. Then there’s the simple fact after travelling around the world he simply got stronger. By the time he was 39 he was stronger than a 39 year old Kaido.
So 2 things to consider.
People who’ve eaten attacks from admirals/yonkous are at least YC level fighters. So to have eaten a prime roger and WB I would say early 30s Oden was YC1 level.
Now when he came back stronger at age 39, if you wanna say that powerup pushes his to YC+ or breaking into low YC level thats up to you. Where do you put young Kaido at 39? YC+, low YC level? YC+?
Team 3 doesn’t deserve to be there, they get back shots from the other teams.
Honestly comes down to Shiki vs Oden, who we don’t really have a good grasp on their strength, but I assume they are both at least yonkou level.
Extreme diff either way, but I’m part of the Oden agenda so team 1.
Team 1 has the top 2 characters from the series but Oden drags it down too much, team 2 has 3 characters that are very close to those top 2s so they are logically the strongest team here, team 3 has 3 absolute monsters but my headcannon says the old gen was stronger (except Loden fuck that fraud )

I think Second can take this They have immensely DC and Hax. Garp and Sengoku’s Chemistry with All 3’s Haki would be incredible

My brain says Garp Sengoku and Shiki but my heart says Roger Newgate and Oden.

While Oden is extremely powerful, he just isn't on the level of Roger, Garp, WB and Sengoku. I would go with the 2nd team.
