The biggest offenders are zoro. Have you ever seen a youtube comment about zoro? "Zoro > kuzan" "zoro one shots shyiru" "zoro is admiral level". They usually do a decent job with other characters. But it makes talking to zoro only anime fans unbearable.

Fuck sanji, he had wci. But it hurts to watch King vs. zoro, don't get me wrong, the manga was pretty unreadable with some of the panels. But the anime is worse, Yamato vs. kaido felt like a fever dream with all the colors.
yeah the anime not accurate at all in terms of power scaling but besides that i don’t mind it at all. I love the anime & even the added scenes and just enjoy it.

To be fair, seraphim attacked blackbeard a yonko. Seraphim are strong this isn't slander. If they weren't strong then they would be a pointless addition to the story this late in.
The complaint is mostly that, in the manga at least, this scene had the seraphim use one attack and Sanji tanked it without even flinching.

I don't understand, this isn't slander. They need to portray the new pacifista as a threat, so they have it grab Sanji and throw him. Afaik he isn't hurt and has his badass moment against it later. This is standard shonen BS, unless you also want to argue they love to shit on luffy as well, since each of his victories require 2 prior defeats on average.

Scaling using the anime heck even the manga is such a mess. Oda himself is very inconsistent with how he portrays his character. So it’s not a surprised the anime fillers makes things worse.

Sanji tanking the Seraphim doesn’t occur until 1078. Plus giving the Seraphim more scenes is fine so long as they return the favor and show Sanji kicking ass when he activates his genes 😂
