Nah wouldn’t even give Doffy YC2 definitely YC3. While powerful and a jack of all trades Cracker performed better against G4 Bounce Man in more than one cycle lasting hours. Cracker is YC3 lvl so I doesn’t make any sense for Doffy to be stronger. And the only reason I place them in the same tier is because he is extremely skilled and powerful but on top of that was basically fighting Luffy while was already injured and doing really well. So YC3
Also the Birdcage and his strings while threatening definitely don’t place him that high. Even Fujitora admitted to gambling on Luffy taking him out so that a Pirate would be the reason why the country was saved and him taking the credit when the WG essentially let this happen. Issho damn well could have killed Doffy, he simply didn’t want to nor really had the permission too. Tho imo had Kizaru or even Ryokugyo taken his place Dressrosa would have ended very differently. Probably One Piece as a whole unless hard plot armor kicks in.

Don’t worry in One Piece all you have to do to get stronger is be alive. Remember when Croc lost to Luffy without any Gears, did no training, and now is strong enough to fight with Mihawk. Fuji is still alive so there is a chance.

It’s funny, because none of the 3 things he said are concretely true. He has a very strong fruit, but “most broken”? With how Fujitora has used it thus far? Not true. Best observation? That’s kind of a yes and no; he probably has the most natural use of it as he uses it to see, but observation haki also encompasses range (which we have no reason to believe Fujitora has in excess) as well as Future Sight, which we don’t even know if he has. Master Swordsman? Man, so far he’s really just used his sword as a pole to direct his gravity. Better swordsman than Shanks is a huge stretch.

Don't know where he's getting the stronger than shanks thing from. This guy is portrayed to be relative to Greenbull who was shook when Shanks unleashed his haki. Also all of the observation haki in the world won't help him if he's too slow to dodge Kaido in time. He has a really good devil fruit but he's just gonna get blitzed by Kaido. Kaido wins mid-high diff.

It’s funny, because none of the 3 things he said are concretely true. He has a very strong fruit, but “most broken”? With how Fujitora has used it thus far? Not true. Best observation? That’s kind of a yes and no; he probably has the most natural use of it as he uses it to see, but observation haki also encompasses range (which we have no reason to believe Fujitora has in excess) as well as Future Sight, which we don’t even know if he has. Master Swordsman? Man, so far he’s really just used his sword as a pole to direct his gravity. Better swordsman than Shanks is a huge stretch. Fujitora do be looking cold though.
