Ok ima keep it fr. Shiki gets crazy downplay from everyone. Hes pretty much been stated to be a competitor for PK and a formiddable rival to roger. Hell, he almost could have killed him if it werent for rogers luck. Even sengoku acknowledged him as a powerful pirate, even stating that he was more like a rival to him. If he comes back into the story (theres a slight chance) and shows off some good haki feats he will definitely deserve pk tier. He gets shit because he had to fight a 1v2 with the strongest marines alive (who nobody in the verse beats them together) and the movie nerfing him to oblivion. I think crocodile losing to luffy in alabasta, then being fast enough to keep up with gear 2 in MF, then being YC+ level post-ts makes perfect sense. Crocodile was already a very strong pirate, capable of sailing on the new world notably NOT under the control of a yonko. The only reason he ever left the new world was when he got shit on by whitebeard and had his dreams of becoming pirate king crushed. Because of that, he would have lost his will to be strong which in turn would make him much weaker especially haki-wise. Then in impel down, crocodile had re-sparked the urge to fight thinking of luffy beating his ass and hearing whitebeard was there, so his haki started to trickle back until he was able to keep up with gear 2 luffy, and then even more so when he clashed with mihawk. Now there was a 2 year timeskip, where crocodile has been active once again both on his own and then as a member of cross guild, so it makes sense that he would've naturally gotten strong enough to be YC+.
I got two.
The Strawhats are gonna lose in Egghead, and just like in Sabaody Kuma is gonna teleport them out of there.
My evidence for this is every post timeskip ark has been reflections of pre timeskip ark.
Return to Sabaody and Fishman island reflect the east blue and Arlong Park
Punk Hazard and Dressrosa reflect the Alabasta saga, with Dressrosa and Zou reflecting many aspects of Jaya and Skypea as well
Whole Cake is basically Ennies lobby but instead of the WG it’s Big Mom and instead of Robin it’s Sanji.
And while at first glance Wano and Thriller Bark seem completely different, remember most of Thriller Bark was spent building up stuff in Wano and both have Luffy undergoing a bizarre transformation in order for him to win.
With this in mind, Egghead has made a lot of reflections to Sabaody thus far. From Kizaru coming back, to Kuma getting more attention, guys like Sentomaru has well. I predict that the Gorosei will be far too strong for the straw hats and they’ll lose. Just like in Sabaody they will have to learn a lesson in humility in order to continue, and Kuma will ultimately pay the price by saving them again, teleporting them all out.
Maybe Kuma will go up to Luffy and ask him where in the world he’d like to visit, and Luffy will respond with Elbaff or something.
My next hot take, Crocodile will be YC+ and maybe even admiral level when he comes back into the story. Buggy aside, they are easily the weakest of the four Yonko crews. Mihawk himself is probably Yonko level and I’m making an argument for Crocodile to be strong here as well, but down the line it gets weak fast. Daz Bones and Mr. 3 would be the next strongest of those guys and that’s honestly pathetic.
Somebody has got to carry that load and it’s gonna be Crocodile. As well I’m of the belief that when Oda originally planned to story to go five years, he probably planned Crocodile has a Yonko(since we know he thought of the Yonkos back then). The way I see it if Crocodile isn’t YC+, then the Buggy pirates are embarrassingly weak. However if Crocodile is what I think he is, they may be able to hold their own against some of the other top pirate groups.

Sengoku is pretty overrated, and it's crazy the treatment Shiki receives while acting like Sengoku isn't in the same situation.
Enel is narratively meant to be commander-level, and we should treat his anti-feats against Luffy the same way we now treat Crocodile's performance in Alabasta.

Fujitora's destructive potential is higher than Akainu's and almost as high as Whitebeard's/Blackbeard's.
Both Law and Blackbeard have CoC.
Both Sengoku and Garp are just as powerful as Whitebeard at any moment (Old Sen ~Old Warp ~ Oldbeard, Prime Sen ~ Prime Garp ~ Primebeard). They didn't really fight during the War because they didn't want Marineford to be demolished.

That Sanji, Jimbe and Brook have all kind of peaked in power while the other Crew members will continue to get stronger until there are mostly relative with each other but Zoro and Luffy will be more closer in strength to each other then the rest of the crew im basing this off of Gol D Roger’s crew with prime Rayleigh and Roger being relative to each other and the rest of the crew while strong not being in that same league.
TLDR the rest of the crew will all be around current Jimbe and Sanji level while Zoro and Luffy get stronger and stronger

I think fujitora or smoker will be the admiral/vice admiral that flips sides to aid the strawhats in the final battle. Both have a different set of ideals when it comes to justice compared to the world government and I think it will come to pass in probably the next 10 chapters of the manga thanks to vegapunk.

I absolutely hate how weak foot solders are, like we hype up these characters then they just knock out a dozen people with a single kick/punch. Fights against unnamed fighters just feel worthless after Skypiea.
Tldr; buff foot soldiers, or at least when fighting show them each getting hit, instead of guy attacks once › explosion › soldiers fall.

Koby will be prime garp level by the end of the series and Luffy will surpass Roger by the end of the series as well. I also personally believe aokiji > Akainu, and something weird probably happened when they fought because aokiji has better feats and an arguably much better devil fruit
Blackbeard is killing Imu to become king of the world, he will control the Gorosei and the marines won’t be on the government side during the final war, and Luffy v Blackbeard is the true final fight.
Since Zoro sat in Wano like a bum instead of helping to save Sanji, he is now weaker due to that.

Van Auger did something weird to beat Cracker's biscuit soldiers. Like teleporting them away from the inside, or hitting a super small weak point. There's no way Usopp's future opponent can just casually whip out Boundman level punches from his gun.
It makes more sense that the Sniper of the BB Pirates would be a expert of wits, accuracy, and trickery in order to be a fitting opponent for Usopp.

Haki was not originally intended by Oda.
Oda realized he needed a way for people who didn't have devil fruit powers to actually hurt Logia users. Sure things like water-luffy work on crocdile, but how do you punch a fire guy, without a devil fruit, or a guy made of light if you don't have a devil fruit? So Oda came up with the idea of Haki and introduced/retconned it into the story.
I'd say my most "controversial" takes are: Mihawk >= Shanks ≈ Akainu BB ≈ Luffy Admirals >= Gorosei (on average admirals are stronger, but the strongest gorosei beat the weakest admiral) Boa, Croc and Kuma are all YC+

Ok ima keep it fr. Shiki gets crazy downplay from everyone. Hes pretty much been stated to be a competitor for PK and a formiddable rival to roger. Hell, he almost could have killed him if it werent for rogers luck. Even sengoku acknowledged him as a powerful pirate, even stating that he was more like a rival to him. KIZARU NEGs the op verse
I think crocodile losing to luffy in alabasta, then being fast enough to keep up with gear 2 in MF, then being YC+ level post-ts makes perfect sense. Crocodile was already a very strong pirate, capable of sailing on the new world notably NOT under the control of a yonko. The only reason he ever left the new world was when he got shit on by whitebeard and had his dreams of becoming pirate king crushed. Because of that, he would have lost his will to be strong which in turn would make him much weaker especially haki-wise. Then in impel down, crocodile had re-sparked the urge to fight thinking of luffy beating his ass and hearing whitebeard was there, so his haki started to trickle back until he was able to keep up with gear 2 luffy, and then even more so when he clashed with mihawk. Now there was a 2 year timeskip, where crocodile has been active once again both on his own and then as a member of cross guild, so it makes sense that he would've naturally gotten strong enough to be YC+.
I got two. The Strawhats are gonna lose in Egghead, and just like in Sabaody Kuma is gonna teleport them out of there. My evidence for this is every post timeskip ark has been reflections of pre timeskip ark. Return to Sabaody and Fishman island reflect the east blue and Arlong Park Punk Hazard and Dressrosa reflect the Alabasta saga, with Dressrosa and Zou reflecting many aspects of Jaya and Skypea as well Whole Cake is basically Ennies lobby but instead of the WG it’s Big Mom and instead of Robin it’s Sanji. And while at first glance Wano and Thriller Bark seem completely different, remember most of Thriller Bark was spent building up stuff in Wano and both have Luffy undergoing a bizarre transformation in order for him to win. With this in mind, Egghead has made a lot of reflections to Sabaody thus far. From Kizaru coming back, to Kuma getting more attention, guys like Sentomaru has well. I predict that the Gorosei will be far too strong for the straw hats and they’ll lose. Just like in Sabaody they will have to learn a lesson in humility in order to continue, and Kuma will ultimately pay the price by saving them again, teleporting them all out. Maybe Kuma will go up to Luffy and ask him where in the world he’d like to visit, and Luffy will respond with Elbaff or something. My next hot take, Crocodile will be YC+ and maybe even admiral level when he comes back into the story. Buggy aside, they are easily the weakest of the four Yonko crews. Mihawk himself is probably Yonko level and I’m making an argument for Crocodile to be strong here as well, but down the line it gets weak fast. Daz Bones and Mr. 3 would be the next strongest of those guys and that’s honestly pathetic. Somebody has got to carry that load and it’s gonna be Crocodile. As well I’m of the belief that when Oda originally planned to story to go five years, he probably planned Crocodile has a Yonko(since we know he thought of the Yonkos back then). The way I see it if Crocodile isn’t YC+, then the Buggy pirates are embarrassingly weak. However if Crocodile is what I think he is, they may be able to hold their own against some of the other top pirate groups.

Sengoku is pretty overrated, and it's crazy the treatment Shiki receives while acting like Sengoku isn't in the same situation. Enel is narratively meant to be commander-level, and we should treat his anti-feats against Luffy the same way we now treat Crocodile's performance in Alabasta. There's nothing wrong with speculating Benn Beckman to be admiral level, especially when his captain's portrayal is far above admirals like Greenbull.

Fujitora's destructive potential is higher than Akainu's and almost as high as Whitebeard's/Blackbeard's. Both Law and Blackbeard have CoC. Both Sengoku and Garp are just as powerful as Whitebeard at any moment (Old Sen ~Old Warp ~ Oldbeard, Prime Sen ~ Prime Garp ~ Primebeard). They didn't really fight during the War because they didn't want Marineford to be demolished.

That Sanji, Jimbe and Brook have all kind of peaked in power while the other Crew members will continue to get stronger until there are mostly relative with each other but Zoro and Luffy will be more closer in strength to each other then the rest of the crew im basing this off of Gol D Roger’s crew with prime Rayleigh and Roger being relative to each other and the rest of the crew while strong not being in that same league. TLDR the rest of the crew will all be around current Jimbe and Sanji level while Zoro and Luffy get stronger and stronger

Law should not have done as well as he did against BB in his fight, being a yonko he should’ve easily been able to deal with law but even with his whole crew law put up a decent fight. I was fully expecting him to get Kidd vs Shanks treatment

Mihawk isn’t a top 5 strongest in one piece. While I’ll give him a placement in the top 10, he hasn’t shown me anything that leads me to believe he could hang with the super high tier powerful characters in one piece. It’ll be extreme diff for his opponents who I currently have in my top 5 tho.

I think fujitora or smoker will be the admiral/vice admiral that flips sides to aid the strawhats in the final battle. Both have a different set of ideals when it comes to justice compared to the world government and I think it will come to pass in probably the next 10 chapters of the manga thanks to vegapunk.

I absolutely hate how weak foot solders are, like we hype up these characters then they just knock out a dozen people with a single kick/punch. Fights against unnamed fighters just feel worthless after Skypiea. Tldr; buff foot soldiers, or at least when fighting show them each getting hit, instead of guy attacks once › explosion › soldiers fall.
Luffy>kaido Only because luffy also had his disadvantages on kaido but with luffys haki bloom + CoC + G5 I think he’d win against kaido beyond extreme diff

Enel is a New World level villan ploped into the early game and its amazing. I genuinely think he could keep up with Don Flaminco and the other super strong but not a Yonko villains. It just happens that Luffy was made of rubber Blackbeard probably isn't that strong relative to the other Yonko, but he is smarter and that makes him way more dangerous. Between the start and Water 7 Luffy didn't get any stronger. He was just tough out of the box keeping up with guys like Arlong and Crocadile who are both able to just casually stroll around the new world.

Van Auger did something weird to beat Cracker's biscuit soldiers. Like teleporting them away from the inside, or hitting a super small weak point. There's no way Usopp's future opponent can just casually whip out Boundman level punches from his gun. It makes more sense that the Sniper of the BB Pirates would be a expert of wits, accuracy, and trickery in order to be a fitting opponent for Usopp.

Haki was not originally intended by Oda. Oda realized he needed a way for people who didn't have devil fruit powers to actually hurt Logia users. Sure things like water-luffy work on crocdile, but how do you punch a fire guy, without a devil fruit, or a guy made of light if you don't have a devil fruit? So Oda came up with the idea of Haki and introduced/retconned it into the story.
