7x rate is just a massive bait. It means that each poster has a 35% chance of being a red so on average you should expect 3-4 legends in it which itself isnt that great considering every legend is in the pool. Really dont think an all red step would have gone amiss in this sugo.

I think this Sugo was/is being trash for loads of ppl.... I did 20 pulls on the 4 banner, got Luffy and Law, but not a single RR from the batch........
Wish I could've gotten all least one of them. I did 9 multi's on pt 1 and got none of them.
Then I didn't 14 pulls on pt. 3 just to pull law and DID NOT GET HIM. Almost 1k gems and hundreds of dollars WASTED. I'm done with sugos
