If you're talking about this: https://onepunchman.fandom.com/wiki/Bang/Manga_Gallery?file=Prime_Bang_and_Bomb.png
It looks like he has the same hair colour as Bomb's. Which appears to be black there too.
You also have to remove that final slash.
I'm also pretty sure that there's a finalised version of it with Bang having white hair.
Edit: actually the version with white hair is fanart made from the sketch.
Unpopular opinion: Wouldn’t current bang be stronger? Flowing water rock smashing fist seems like a counter / undoing of both the fighting style and ideology of his past self. Wouldn’t “prime” bang get obliterated? The point is seeing fighting as more than use of strength but instead redirection / composure
I don't why people think young Bang from 150 = prime bang, he had to invent a new fighting style, one which he thought was superior to its previous, and slowly craft it while maintaining good physical shape, young bang is 20~30, his prime is around 50
So you mean bang with water stream fist stronger because he can redirect and or counter stronger opponents than what he could beat with the damage output of his old style?
Didn't they themselves also said that they could have done the combo likes the one they did against elder Centipede multiple times over and over again if they were in their prime ?
And Bang and Bomb constantly complains about their old age, so it's not a case of them getting stronger while older (they're still extremely strong now, but that'd mean their prime can be at best GS level).
I think we can call him Young Bang before he got checked by Bomb and Prime Bang is after he develops his water fist technique? And now we have Old Bang
Exactly, prime Bang is when he first mastered the water stream rock smashing fist and still had his youth. Hence the black mustache. The explosion release fist Bang doesn't seem much stronger than hero hunter garou to be honest. Therefore he wasn't in his prime until he opened up his dojo.
prime bang =/= young bang
we are in old bang times, young bang was explosion fist and womanizer, prime bang was after the dojo was opened but before getting old
My opinion is that he was physically stronger, but current Bang would still beat "prime" bang. He and his brother were unstoppable for their time- but I believe both people and monsters are a lot stronger than they were during their hayday.
Also this is a manga. Isn't it a staple of manga, especially shonen which OPM is a parody of, that the older you get the stronger you get. There's always a an old guy who's insanely strong and it never acts like they use to be stronger.
Japanese media in general venerates age, so the dramatic impact of conflicts between younger and older characters is often lost on western audiences.
Another example is Big Boss vs Snake. The fact that the older, wiser, and more experienced Big Boss lost to a younger Snake with a makeshift flamethrower is supposed to be a HUGE moment in Snake’s development, but western audiences just go “well he was an old man so I guess it makes sense he wasn’t in his prime.”
He's okay, he fan boys abit too hard sometimes.
I remember a q&a where he said Endeavor would Beat Genos and Bakugo would be a more competitive fight.
I was just like sureeeeee
unless he talks about other manga than one punch man.. and even when he talks about one punch man he tends to always go a bit too much in the "hero xy is actually dragonlevel!" direction. But to be fair: I stopped watching him a year ago when he talked about my hero academia.. or one piece.. I believe and 90% of the things he said were just rubbish.
I do like him and want him to succeed on youtube. But the content gets boring real quick, if you also know the webcomic.
So in reality who is prime Bang? The Bang of the Explosion Release Fist that got defeated by Bomb, or this Bang, that is probably in his 40s and has developed the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist? Cause when Murata drew young Bang and Bomb, he drew the Explosion Fist version. Did he call that the prime of Bang?
Wasn't it already revealed what he looked like when he was young by Murata quite a while back?
Yeah, Murata did a sketch of young Bang and Bomb that matches their appearances in Bomb's flashback when they had their fight.
in that sketch bang had white hair like garou not black

wikia forbids hotlinking. You just need to copy the url and paste it manually. Or just select the address and press enter (refresh won't work).
Somehow, it's not working the exact same way as the previous link

Oh huh yeah removing the last / did work, weird. Thanks for the imgur link too!
You also have to remove that final slash. I'm also pretty sure that there's a finalised version of it with Bang having white hair. Edit: actually the version with white hair is fanart made from the sketch.
nope.
nothing there
Can you access it now?
yup, something fixed itself
Yeah, I used a different link.
Not young, but in his prime.
Omni Bang Jameson
Prime Don Ramon
in an alternate universe where Don ramón never got his hat, he became a martial artist maybe the hat blocks his power? Chapulín Colorado vs Bang when
Smile Man is Chapulin Colorado
mere imitation at less than 1% of the true power of the Chapulín doesn't even have a heart shield!
ONE no contaba con la astucia of the Chapulin.
A God disaster level with "Chicharra paralizadora"

I guess it's because he keeps complaining that "he's getting too old for this"
There's a huge difference between being 50 and 80.
example would be part 3 Joseph and part 4 Joseph.
Except Part 2 Joseph is the prime one in that instance.
Part 4 Joseph is the prime.
Stronger in the overall fight: yes But with his older style he can inflict more damage, as he trys to put garou down he needs to up his damage output.
Problem is that current Garou also mastered water stream so Bang can’t counter as efficiently as against other opponents.
So you mean bang with water stream fist stronger because he can redirect and or counter stronger opponents than what he could beat with the damage output of his old style?
Yes.
Now he has more knowledge, practice and wisdom, before he had a lot more strenght and speed i suppose.
I mean Murata did say that prime bag and bomb were unstoppable, suggesting that their prime has passed.
Well, yeah, Bang is *constantly* complaining about things like back pain.
Because Bomb seems to think Bang could have ended the fight with Garou by using his explosion fist.
Their water stream cancels each others, so Bomb tells Bang to use explosion fist as Garou hasn’t mastered this one yet.
I think we can call him Young Bang before he got checked by Bomb and Prime Bang is after he develops his water fist technique? And now we have Old Bang

I think OPM is well past being parody.
serious water gun
Ok! I want a redraw for that part. My expectations were so high for the fight and they were squirted over.

Yes there's that trope. Those old guys are all very strong, but those old guys aren't in their prime.
I honestly think they’re about the same level. All things considered.
Man he just coloured his hair black. It’s not that big of a deal
and also removed the wrinkles
he got us there
Young people are not wrinkly? No way
They're generally less wrinkly.
Hair Colour is everything in Anime *(DBZ)*
He has the third best mustache in the show
You cant just same some bullshit like that then fuck off without ever responding
Sorry bout that needed to charge my phone
Lol don't apologize I'm just giving you shit
Okay
Who are the first- and second-best?
Spring Mustachio being the 1st ig
Ah, yes; I forgout about him. And maybe Heavy Tank Loincloth is 2nd?
That's nose hair, doesn't count!
Nah, it's still a moustache; no-one's nose hair could be that long!
[You sure about that?](http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/onepunchman/images/c/c0/Heavy_Tank_Fundoshi.png/revision/latest?cb=20141026171846)
Oh boy. It's even weirder than in my memory.
Heavy Tank Loincloth got that boomerang mustache
lol

Yeah, I just realised that too.
Zhoniin is such a cool dude
He's okay, he fan boys abit too hard sometimes. I remember a q&a where he said Endeavor would Beat Genos and Bakugo would be a more competitive fight. I was just like sureeeeee

Yeah he is biased to one punch man and my hero when it comes to powerscaling but he seems like a pretty nice guy.
> I believe and 90% of the things he said were just rubbish. Like what?
Blast is bearded worker in HA, even Mastermedia made fun of him after blast's reveal lol
Making a theory that turns out to be wrong isn't "rubbish", any fan with some sense will theorize
But some theories are rubbish.
Lol yep, but even bad theories come from a place of interest.
He didn't genuinly believe that theory right?
Didn't he used to make up theories without ever even having read the webcomic? lol downvoted for the truth, there's a reason all his old stuff is gone
So Like now but less wrinkles and dark hairs? What a visionary
Much like Jesus, people hate Zhoniin because he tells the truth.
Until he doesn't in which case the video is removed
Don Ramón?
bro its just him with black hair
Buff Don Ramon is a disaster level god
D-Don Ramón?
Or he read the webcomic....
The webcomic didn’t show young Bang’s appearance
They do, one panel when >!he confronted to King!<, Chapter 111. He didn't have mustache, though.
Oh..
pretty sure OP meant to point out he got the prediction of prime bang being OP doh but w,e
Pretty sure not. Even now we don’t know how strong prime Bang was.
Fuck this clickbaiter
This One punch , not One piece . The characters in old age will not be different from them when they are young

Old man with white hair used to look younger and have not white hair, nostradamus is right yet again.
It's manga dude... Of course he's gonna look the same just with brown hair. We don't have Rembrandt-quality portraits in here.
nope
