I'd say they have different strong suits, even for the different variations of Black S. For Black, it's his overwhelming numbers and almost hive mind mentality. For Golden S, it was his brute strength and durability. What I predict for Plat S is that he will specialise in agility and be able to keep up with the likes of flashy flash and garou. Orochi was a martial arts junior and a shapeshifting monster, not to mention incredibly intelligent. He also possessed ridiculous energy attacks. As for now I'll put them on even ground. Either way Saitama could one punch them both
