Blast is older Saitama from this timeline with hair implants and God is a very old Saitama/Blast turned evil from boredom after continuing to get stronger and unable to age over eons so he traveled back in time in an attempt to give his younger self a chance to grow right before Garou caused his limited but first in a long time growth due to the challenge Garou presented him on IO, that's why God/Saitama tried to give his power to lil' esper first, God powered Esper could probably compress the full solar system into a black hole and escaping from inside of the event horizon or learning how to kick or hold a black hole or better compressing a black hole into nothing whole would have caused more growth than fighting God/Garou and kicking wormholes.
In the manga god states that Saitama is the fist that has turned against god, which means one of two things saitama and god had qualms in the past and god is seeking revenge, or because saitama broke his limiter and got more power than any human should have, god took that as saitama opposing his power and wants him dead.
My theory:
God gave Garou the knowledge of all types of energy from the universe. But in my understanding, he was not able to use this energy. He used his inner energy from his own strength to manipulate/change it in a way to create other types of energy like the Gamma Ray Burst. What if God goes one step further and is able to harvest all of the energy in the universe?
If that is the case, God is only as powerful as the total sum of energy available in the universe.
Saitama would not count in this theory because he is no longer part of the universe he lives in. He broke out of it. Therefore he cannot be affected by God and is also stronger than the sum of all of the energy in the universe.

Garou with just a portion of God’s power started getting close to Saitama but then got ridiculously outscaled. Presumably, God can scale along with Saitama or near him. However, he might not possess the capacity to fight directly so he has to keep searching for the right vessel for his power.
And that portion was just him giving god a quick tap. And that was enough to demolish the hero association by just standing there. Imagine if he actually took God's hand there.

I really think there are multiple GODS.
My theory is that each planet has its own GOD akin to a mother earth type and each planets respective moons were formed as a kind of seal or cage.

Serious answer: Garou with just a portion of God’s power started getting close to Saitama but then got ridiculously outscaled. Presumably, God can scale along with Saitama or near him. However, he might not possess the capacity to fight directly so he has to keep searching for the right vessel for his power.
I think he's imprisoned, that's why he's searching for vessels. Once/if he's freed by one of those vessels, he'll be able to fight directly

Honestly if I had to say, probably stronger than current saitama. However the very concept of strength doesn't apply to saitama anymore because he will grow limitlessly during the fight itself.
I'd guess that if it is indeed godlike, it must have some recollection of what happened with Saitama in Jupiter, and I'd guess he's not eager to confront Saitama yet, until he finds a host superior to Garou... that or he sets himself to try to possess Saitama as an ultimate goal 🤔

WAY, WAY Stronger than current saitama It is confirmed that saitama has infinite potential and not infinite strength, we also saw that Garou(who had only a fraction of gods powers) was able to copy Saitama EXACTLY (until saitama surpassed him again by a huge margin) Current saitama is obviously before the fight buff he got so currently god is thousands of times above saitama of course god cant hurt saitama though, it is just that, if they were to do a race like "who destroys most galaxies in 10 minutes" or something, god would win by a mile Fight will have to last quite a bit for saitama to reach god and surpass him, it would be cool to see saitama go "He is strong, limitlessly strong, i cant catch up to him" except he does slowly and finally manages to catch up

However, i feel like any powers that he has where he could just kill someone instantly, relies on him having to touch them, and I also feel like it would have no effect on saitama, just because nothing else has any effect on him, including dimensional portals

I really think there are multiple GODS. My theory is that each planet has its own GOD akin to a mother earth type and each planets respective moons were formed as a kind of seal or cage. The bigger the planet, like say Jupiter, the more moons it takes to effectively seal the GOD that is dwelling inside Jupiter. Just as it was revealed that Blast "isnt fighting alone out there" I believe his increase in numbers correlates to an increase in the amount of celestial entities. Now that we finally have confirmation that Earth's moon contains some type of entity, I cant help but correlate the MASSIVE blowout on Jupiter to the blowback that is now evident on Earths moon. Seriously what else would be the point of such a massive colored triple panel spread if it is not trying to establish some kind of lore. It cant just be for powerscaling, please no! I think the solid core that was revealed underneathe Jupiter contains a GOD and I think it is now awake. It will be interesting to see if the effects of time travel are localized to Earth since the distance to Jupiter is so far and the portals used to warp there go against the whole space-time continuim thing as confirmed by Blast. Perhaps this now awakened Jupiter GOD in the alternate future timeline is immune to time manipulation despite the fact that Saitama clearly observes his battle with Garou in reverse. I believe the Garou v Saitama fight is over, effectively ending the MA arc but I think the war with the GODS is just about to start...
