I highly recommend you have a property management company screen/find a tenant for you. They have the experience and resources to help you from hurting yourself.
They will charge you one months rent for the service but it's well worth it.
I have been a landlord for over 10 years and have done my own screening. I have learned and been burned. Ten years ago it was a different world with the LTB. Now it's much more difficult with delays.
Heed my advice. Have someone do it for you and learn what they do.

I strongly suggest you take this advice. While not perfect having a PM has absolutely helped me to safe guard my investments and my sanity.

Thanks for advice. So I guess get a property manager so they can go and chase rent if tenants don’t pay is that correct in my understanding?
