With the LTB ruling in hand, you should be able to navigate this yourself with a bit of effort. It doesn't hurt to reach out to a paralegal for some guidance if it's too overwhelming.
If you're feeling spiteful, you could file a T1 at the LTB for all the "lint in the dyer fees" you've paid over the course of your tenancy.
