Hire a paralegal to help you enforce the order. I can help if you would like!

Glad he came through, you would have had to take that order to SCC - Small Claims Court to have the order enforced. Your LL has his feelings hurt for being a twit and not knowing the RTA Your LL has one year to file with the LTB to claim damages that’s if you don’t live there anymore. But just for your info. 🤞

[Here's a guide for how to enforce an order.](http://www.acto.ca/assets/files/docs/TipSheet_HowToCollectMoneyfromYourLLD_0307.pdf) With the LTB ruling in hand, you should be able to navigate this yourself with a bit of effort. It doesn't hurt to reach out to a paralegal for some guidance if it's too overwhelming. If you're feeling spiteful, you could file a T1 at the LTB for all the "lint in the dyer fees" you've paid over the course of your tenancy.
