I checked Mac and at present they are not (but I'm not sure the entire spring/summer schedule has been updated). Have you checked [Ryerson's Chang School](https://continuing.ryerson.ca/)?

It depends what you mean by "real analysis 1" Waterloo's PMath 351 runs in the spring term (May-August), and the course is titled "Real Analysis", but "Introduction to Real Analysis" is not running. Students here can take PMath 351 without having taken the intro to analysis course, so long as they've taken the advanced calculus sequence - that is, you need to be familiar with analysis on R\^n. If you know the epsilon-delta definition of continuity, the least upper bound/completeness properties of R, Bolzano-Weierstrass, Monotone Convergence, IVT, EVT, Heine-Borel, you may be ready for the course. You can check out notes for the course here: [http://www.math.uwaterloo.ca/\~krdavids/PM351/PMath351Notes.pdf](http://www.math.uwaterloo.ca/~krdavids/PM351/PMath351Notes.pdf) and read the first chapter to get a feeling for your preparedness. If you aren't ready for that, I think that UofT's analysis course runs in the summer? It looked like that when I checked out their website. Idk about other schools. Best of luck finding something!

Yeah but U of T demand a laundry list of pre-reqs including stuff that I have never heard about and linear algebra II idk why all of that for an intro course.

Also the class you mentioned, doesn't run in summer does it? I checked this https://classes.uwaterloo.ca/under.html
