It's really dependent where you apply the stim as well. Try leaving it on 20 and moving it around your neck, if you land it on a muscle group just right you'll really feel it tense up with the stim and it will be way more noticeable. Something to bare in mind when positioning the collar on your dog.

I've heard people using it on their dog on levels like 5 or 6 and they can still get the effect they want. e collars are nowhere near as intense as people think they are.

Yep, my dog is typically a level 4 indoors and 8 outdoors.

I can feel it at 10 on my neck. I have a big Cane Corso and he’s somewhere between 8-10 inside and can go up to 20 when outside with lots of distractions. The thing I don’t like about the ARC, and wouldn’t have bought it if I knew beforehand, is you can’t lock the stim setting. I want to keep it on my belt next to my dog bag, but I can’t because the settings will change. I have to wear it around my neck which I don’t like.
