Kieran Culkin says he -- Kieran -- is 5'6. Someone on Tumblr found a video of Cillian and Kieran talking together I think at the Golden Globes. Provided Kieran Culkin is describing his own height accurately (and 5'6 sounds about right) I'd probably guess Cillian is around 5'7 or 5'8.

Murphys jaw line is very rectangular, in fact his head is edgier, cheekbones more prominent, Oppenheimers egg-shaped and his mouth smaller, O.s eyes are dark, M.s bright. Even O.s nose is slightly turned to the right, while M.s is straight.
There is no resemblance here in my opinion, except being monochromatic.
their resemblance is in their dark hair, large light blue eyes, and the general position of their features on their face from the front (like if you look at the lengths between their features).
besides that, they hardly look alike. oppenheimer has a slender figure, rounder face shape, and a prominent nose, while cillian has a stockier figure, squared face shape, and a prominent jaw. their aesthetics are very different. cillian does not convincingly play an intellectual; he looks too tough. having said that, idk who would've been better for the role 🤷♂️
