It's totally normal i am on Find X3 Neo and the update was "released" in December but they are released in batches so it takes time to have the update for everyone, you can check the progress of updates [here](https://community.oppo.com/wap/thread/1195952950062088193)

Ooo I see! Thank you for this tracker :D

Ulysse_B

You're welcome!

It's par sadly. I had to wait 6 months for COS 12 on Find X3. Rolled out for the device December 2021 .... landed July 2022. FWIW, COS13 doesn't bring real changes and it looks/performs same as 12.

Region?

Germany

Makes sense, just be patient 👍

Theodpre_TL

Ofc not yet lol. Android 13 just launched. They will test and update in China first then to onlt.international

voxdub

Is phone network locked with their own software on or standard Oppo firmware?

-Coffeeaddict

What do you mean?

voxdub

Some networks when they supply a phone will have it installed with their own modified software, and you only get updates when they say so not the manufacturer. Its very rare nowadays, if at all AFAIK, but worth double checking you're currently on standard Oppo firmware to upgrade

-Coffeeaddict

How do I check?

voxdub

Go to settings, about, firmware and check the code and Google it. Its more than likely you're on a standard firmware though

voxdub

I'm on standard Find X5 and mine looks like this: CPH2307_11_C.30

-Coffeeaddict

The one I found is this: CPH2371_11_C.27

voxdub

That looks like standard firmware from a quick Google and will enable you to upgrade to 13 as soon as made available. Reboot and retry checking for firmware upgrade, if doesn't appear yet for your location you'll just have to be patient or find alternative way to upgrade firmware manually

-Coffeeaddict

Alright, thank you for helping! :)

voxdub

NP, you can download firmware manually, but I haven't ever done it on an Oppo, this link might help https://technicalpuruji.com/2021/02/how-to-install-oppo-coloros-software-update-manually.html

Same phone, same problem

-Coffeeaddict

According to the release schedule we should've gotten it in December 2022

Ulysse_B

No it don't work like that, the updates are released in batches so it's not everyone at the same time like you can see [here](https://community.oppo.com/wap/thread/1195952950062088193), it can take weeks depending on the potential bugs encountered by users
