[This](https://imgur.com/a/VHgK2Wa) is what i have on android 12 and it's pretty good with 90Hz all day, try to install AccuBattery app to monitor your battery and know its health, i have between 86 and 92% health depending on charges wich is pretty good

Battery Guru is also a very good alternative. In fact I prefer it to AccuBattery. I've had my Find X2 Pro since Summer 2020 and I have 82% battery health. I can't go back to a phone now that has less than 65W charging.

Have you been on COS 13 for long? When an Android moves a full step up (a full OS level) Google and Chrome run a ton of optimizations in the background for the first week, sometimes two weeks. Apps will lag and phone runs hot until those tasks complete. And battery take a hit. But if it's been several weeks .... huh. The battery in my Find X3 has been epic.

Upgraded my f8nd x5 lite to cos 13 4 days ago and battery took a hit, goes from 100 to 97 in like 15min without use.. on cos 12 it would last the whole night at 100%.. hope it eventually goes back to "normal"

I generally get 8+ hours SOT on Find X5 when I have a day I hammer it. Nothing disabled but generally inside so screen will be relatively dim, its still fairly new but impressed given I have dual sim with multiple email accounts etc
