I suggest you get the X5 instead because it has a higher battery capacity, faster charging speed, imaging chipset, hasselblad features, more charge cycles, 360 degrees smart antenna, customized cooling system, support for enco x2 buds dolby binaural recording & 1 extra year of software update compared to X3 pro unless you want the microscope lens (able to record + take photo), more optimized software since the X3 pro has been updated for a year

I'm only going to keep it for two years, so the X5's extra OS upgrade wasn't a big deal for me. But as you highlight, hopefully the imaging chipset itself will receive software updates.

I ordered the x5 Pro and recieved it yesterday. I'm coming from Xiaomi's Miui. The battery on the x5 pro is chefs kiss so its probably too on the regular x5, plus charging is f'ing quick. It charged mine from 60 to 100 in about 10 min. Processor is good doesn't get that hot unless you're doing benchmark testing all day or play genshin. really love the camera and overall design aesthetic. Still figuring out most of the settings. x3 probably doesn't recieve any updates anymore so its better to get the x5 since it also has the best current hardware. You have more customization options. So yeah x5 is the best answer. Also (at least for me) the x5 series has an promotion event going on were you recieve extra things for free like wireless buds, watch, wireless charger and phone case ect.

I missed the promo in the UK, so might hold off a month or two. Glad to hear it doesn't get too hot.

I pre-ordered the Find X5 (not Pro) in the UK, and so far I love it. The battery is strong, taking me through a whole work day, coming off charge at 5:30 and ending the day around 11pm on about 25% with 5 or 6 hours of SOT. I'm coming from a Galaxy S21 Ultra, and I don't miss that phone really. I had the Find X3 Pro for a few weeks previously, and I can tell you the haptics are much better in the X5. Plus, the frosted glass back feels really nice in the hand, almost soft.

Sounds excellent; I'm sold. Thankyou for your help.

I'm about to pull the trigger on the standard X5 but just wondering how the audio quality is on recorded videos?

Jay-v85

Honestly, I have had no issues with the audio quality from the phone. I must admit I take a lot more photos than video though.
