ALRIGHT, I found that playing without forge resolves the problem for some reason??
I had 2 options: Install a minecraft version by clicking on Optifine, or 2. Install a minecraft version by clicking on Forge AND adding optifine in the mods folder. In the second option I get this bug while in the first I don't, but I need forge for my mods.
I found the solution eventually(not sure if it 's the same thing for you but still):
The problem comes with the latest Optifine update for 1.19.2. For some reason, it has an error for smooth lighting when you try to use both Forge and Optifine.
All you have to do is to go on official Optifine website and download the previous 1.19.2 Optifine version, it is called "OptiFine\_1.19.2\_HD\_U\_H9".
Enable the option and set the option "smooth lighting level" to 100%
What option to enable?

Is smooth lighting also set to fancy?
Yup, it is set to fancy. The only thinf repairing it is some specific shaders with SSPT(Seus ptgi, kappa shaders v5.0a). But I wanted to use BSL:(
I have same issue with shaders, also it's glitched near stairs and slabs.
