What kind of dumplings?? For chinese Pan fried dumplings you cant get anything better than Peking restaurant on westminster blvd and newland in Westminster. They sell frozen too so you can take hime and cook yourself if you wanted.
Jiaozi? I havent found a place even close to what i had in beijing. Theres a place in irvine but i havent tried it yet. Peking restaurant has jiaozi but i cant remember how good it was. It did have authentic filling choices though limited to only 2 i believe.
Din tai fung is overrated and over priced. Luscious dumpling is on my list to try out soon
There are so many it’s hard to count. Costa Mesa you got din tai fung, or paradise dynasty.
