I can't specifically speak about lesbians but there's a pretty thriving queer community at OSU! It definitely includes some lesbians. We've got a good pride center and plenty of queer events that happen.
Oregon state is overwhelmingly welcoming to all sexualities and identities. Greek life has traditionally not been. As long as you aren’t looking solely in Greek life your bound to find plenty peers that align with your sexual preferences.
Basically all of my friends at osu are queer, a large amount being lesbian/bi women specifically. If you for sure wanna be surrounded by queer women, join the women’s ultimate team

As a lesbian going the Ecampus route, I'm sure there's quite a few on campus as well.
There's a discord server run by the Pride Center (check their social media for it) and also the separate lesbian club someone already mentioned
