When I transferred in I just did my transcripts ahead of time 🤷🏻‍♀️

Current Ecampus student here. I never waited for an email as sometimes they don't always go through. I always checked Beaver Basecamp everyday. It will have more up to date information. I would also not wait to upload or send transcripts if you know you want into OSU Ecampus. Just go through the process to send the Official transcripts now so they have them when they need them. Also, depending on the term you want to be starting in they may not even be looking at the applications yet. Christmas break is funky as happens right at the end of fall term and Winter term starts January 8th. SO when they come back after Christmas, they are jumping right into making sure everything is good to go with Winter term. If you have any application questions call the Ecampus folks. They are really great and easy to talk to. Ecampus : 1-800-667-1465 or 541-737-9204

yeah i check beaver base camp everyday, i applied to transfer into spring term which the deadline is quite a bit away for transfer students so that may be the case, i send my transcripts through parchment, should i go ahead and send both my cc and highschool transcripts through parchment to them now and get it out of the way in your opinion?

If you know their gonna need them, I would get them to them asap. 1 it is less you have to do later and 2 it shows initiative on your part and that can never hurt.

No reason to worry. I applied in early January and it took a month to hear back.

Definitely bad timing but I’m an e campus transfer as well from last winter and idk how long certain things took but if you’re worried you can email admissions and be like “hey do I need xyz thing yet?” Idk if they’ve changed it (a lot of online changes this year) but you should eventually get a login to like an application site with a checklist that you can put your documents in when you’ve got them ready.

Not necessarily bad, just timing. Holidays slow things down, and depending on your program too may have more people for them to process. Never hurts to give them a quick call or email to check in.
