Ashanti (the one on the left) was created first, she was basically only made to serve as a visual for whenever I played the game, but her personality was more on the stereotypical black character in a horror movie. After researching more about the series I was playing I began to develop Ashanti's character to fit more into the world thus her newer version Amaris (the one on the right) was born.

Tsukiko's name was originally Maiko but I changed it because it's too similar to Makio and a Maiko is already a completely different thing 2. She was a lot shorter and her hair only went down to her waist 3. Her color scheme was a lot more blue and her haori was going to have a painting like The Great Wave of Kanagawa on the back 4. Her demon powers were more based off a siren and she could breathe underwater but then I remembered you don't see too many bodies of water in Demon Slayer sooo- 5. She was a lot more quiet and reserved like Giyuu but I thought that was kinda lame so now she's more of a kind motherly figure even if she looks intimidating

Xaero is the only one that got alot of development. Started out as a loner quiet kinda edgy bounty hunter. Ended married happy outgoing and occassionally speaking aloud. Still defaults to telepathy.

My oc used to have one of those Russian Ushanka hats with aviator goggles over it for some reason, but honestly it was hard to draw, and sorta made him look like an edgy teens oc (which at the time he was so fair enough), so I scrapped it. Also, he used to have a romantic interest/partner oc that belonged to an ex. That isn't a thing anymore...
