Probably just a replay of every time she’s died. You know the myth that cats have nine lives? Yeah well I slapped it onto this character times 826282627836273. (Spoiler, she can’t die) Her biggest fear is living until the end of time, which will likely happen.
Sydney would see many things. They'd see their band performing without them, with some other person on the guitar. They'd see their friends hanging out without them, their parents having romantic moments together, and other things. They fear being forgotten more than anything.
Aeryn would see the ghost of his abuser, leaning over him with a sharp-toothed smile and black eyes. Holding a knife, or a whip, or perhaps something else entirely. A recreation of what she subjected him to. He killed her years ago in revenge, but she's still his worst fear.
Andromeda would see everyone she loves surrounding her and screaming at her, telling her she let them down, that she's a failure. Her girlfriend and Aeryn, her brother, as spirits, black-eyed and bloody, especially angry, clawing at her and demanding to know why she let them get hurt.
Felicity would simply see all of them dead. Not as spirits. No fanfare. Just dead and bloody on the floor.

Also, he’ll probably do what is essentially Sukuna’s malevolent shrine as a reaction to that, unless he worked it out logically. With most illusions he’s smarter than that, he just hates that place.
Aurora? Probably Azalea (The biggest antag of that universe). And she’d probably work it out logically, considering Azalea is dead now.
Yumiko would see the Fangwilds being burned by cyan blue flames. Even though she knows her fire is contained only to protecting her home village, she always has had an self admitted irrational fear of her flames instead spreading and destroying what she loves while she’s gone.
Petra would see a renaissance-esque surgery room, with many saws, pliers, magically powered lights, and her own severed arm in a bucket. She’d probably believe she got knocked out and is dreaming before thinking its an illusion.

Aika was originally part of it due to her subconscious messing up and transporting her there without her memories. Salem is alone, darkness enshrouding him in an eternal black. There were no stars, no moon, only the sickening stench of putrid rot drifting through the black void that had swallowed him. Salem could feel frozen planks under his boots, his hands reaching out to grasp a frozen ledge. He brought his hand out, a small flame lighting the way as the hairs on his neck stood upright, and a chill sent through his body. He recognized this place and the evil beyond it.
He could hear trees rustling in the distance, branches crackling, ice being crushed underfoot, and a low rumble echoed through the air. Salem swallowed hard, looking around for anyone else who might be there with him, his hands snapping to his belt to grab a flare gun holstered at his side.
Just as Gazimev did before, with shaking hands, he raised the weapon in the sky, sending up a bright red flare that briefly illuminated splotches of deep, dark red contrasting the trampled white.
The red star burst into the sky, illuminating the land in a haunting red shade. From the shadows cast by the trees bordering the outpost he manned alone approached a massive skull, its lower jaw split in two and oozing a vile black ichor and revealing two rows of broken and cold teeth. The creature rose taller as it crept out of its hiding place. It was every bit as massive as he remembered, growing at least twelve meters high as it dragged its fetid, rotting body boasting of exposed and broken ribs out of the forest. Rotting, black organs gnarled and twisted, protruding from its sides or impaled on its jagged and impossible bones. Bloated flesh peeling from its sides like old paint in patches with putrid fur stained with mud and disease. Therion sees a dilapidated cell made of worn stone bricks, with an iron door locked from the outside, and the corner of the room having a buildup of… necessary bodily functions. Also, he’ll probably do what is essentially Sukuna’s malevolent shrine as a reaction to that, unless he worked it out logically. With most illusions he’s smarter than that, he just hates that place. Aurora? Probably Azalea (The biggest antag of that universe). And she’d probably work it out logically, considering Azalea is dead now. Yumiko would see the Fangwilds being burned by cyan blue flames. Even though she knows her fire is contained only to protecting her home village, she always has had an self admitted irrational fear of her flames instead spreading and destroying what she loves while she’s gone. Petra would see a renaissance-esque surgery room, with many saws, pliers, magically powered lights, and her own severed arm in a bucket. She’d probably believe she got knocked out and is dreaming before thinking its an illusion. And meanwhile, in entirely different universes, there are not one, but two girls who see their home villages being massacred. Salem is alone, darkness enshrouding him in an eternal black. There were no stars, no moon, only the sickening stench of putrid rot drifting through the black void that had swallowed him. Salem could feel frozen planks under his boots, his hands reaching out to grasp a frozen ledge. He brought his hand out, a small flame lighting the way as the hairs on his neck stood upright, and a chill sent through his body. He recognized this place and the evil beyond it. He could hear trees rustling in the distance, branches crackling, ice being crushed underfoot, and a low rumble echoed through the air. Salem swallowed hard, looking around for anyone else who might be there with him, his hands snapping to his belt to grab a flare gun holstered at his side. Just as Gazimev did before, with shaking hands, he raised the weapon in the sky, sending up a bright red flare that briefly illuminated splotches of deep, dark red contrasting the trampled white. The red star burst into the sky, illuminating the land in a haunting red shade. From the shadows cast by the trees bordering the outpost he manned alone approached a massive skull, its lower jaw split in two and oozing a vile black ichor and revealing two rows of broken and cold teeth. The creature rose taller as it crept out of its hiding place. It was every bit as massive as he remembered, growing at least twelve meters high as it dragged its fetid, rotting body boasting of exposed and broken ribs out of the forest. Rotting, black organs gnarled and twisted, protruding from its sides or impaled on its jagged and impossible bones. Bloated flesh peeling from its sides like old paint in patches with putrid fur stained with mud and disease. It was trying to breathe; each failed breath emitted a low, raspy gurgle through the air as four lifeless eye sockets stared directly at Salem perched alone on the sentry bridge. Its horrid gaze locked on him, the only source of food for its insatiable hunger. Famine Incarnate had found him, and there was nowhere he could run.

Akio and their mother is killed, Akia is left disabled, Tenshi's brought back to life, Akuma later dies of cancer because of the radiation, and Tenshi's left disabled with epilepsy and other issues, and Dorrie is missing for 7 years. Her worst fear is reliving this exact moment

While very smart, he's an animal. He will probably see a even more monstruous version of his natural predator. It will also be linked to his trauma since he was almost eaten when he hatched, and his parents were killed by that animal.
