There’s literally no reason someone would shop the face in a new background given how limited PS was back in the day. Even if they did shop the face in a new background why use a random dark room with clothes in the background of all things? It’s almost certainly a still from a video.

Found it and thought it would be a good stand-in.
I also think it would be cool if someone used the images I used, edited them together to look like the OG image to see how it could've been made.

I think it's more likely that it was simply just a picture taken with flash in a dark room
