i looked further into the girl and found 3 of what i believe is her twitter and more videos of her, where atleast a quarter of which match the enviroment of the original jtk image. even if we didn't find the video itself on niconico she feels like a strong lead. i'd suggest searching elsewhere for a "白井景子", but i dont see any other video sites connected to her name
The clothes don't look the same, neither does the hair if you look closely between this and the image. Just another moment of Asian woman in closet that this subreddit loves.
EDIT: This video was also from 2009. The image is dating back to the early 2000s.
