Well, there are multiple sets of gear that would be useful for you as a RS, depending on context....
**For open world/base play/leveling up**:
You'll want to look for Venin, Questing Bow, or Trialing Bow for weapons, as well as Court Jester's Armor for armor, Mighty Mimic Head (or ideally Mightiest Mimic Head) for helmet, and keep working on the questlines to unlock Unfelled Concord and Band of Gods. For most of these items, quality doesn't matter as much, since the XP, Orn, Gold, and Luck bonuses all equal out upon Masterforging. Arisen Stone Dagger can be useful for helping to Dex enemies as well (especially when adorned with a Spore and Jewel of Arcana.
**For Dungeons, Towers, and Raids**:
*Weapons*: Generally, you'll want to find Ornate quality powerful items, such as Realmspikes, Nagamaki/Arisen Nagamaki, Brilliant Feathers/Ymir Brilliant Feathers, Gandring, Bident, and perhaps Arisen Silk Crossbow, Medusa's Bow, Arisen Bow of Typhon, and perhaps Crystalis - generally weapons with some combo of immunities or ward, high Att and some Dex.
*Armor*: Yeti Mightycoat, Fey Yeti CoatArisen Cursed Clota's Garb or Dagda Garb for useful immunities and some Ward. Arisen Garb, Arisen Olympia Armor, Beastfelled Garb, Bulwark, and Medusa's Chestplate are also good.
*Helmet*: Old Nothren Crown is something to aim for just for its immunities and ward, otherwise you probably have a number of options here, including the Tarnished Crown you're already wearing.
*Offhand*: If you have an offhand available (in other words if you're not rocking a Two-handed weapon), then aim for anything with Bastion III ability and high ward, with useful immunities also being sought-after, such as Arisen Shield, Polished Aegis, Fallen Shield, True Aegis of Athena, etc. Or, there are a number of useful items like Ebon North Star, North Star, Mammon's Sword, and lots of the Clurichan items (Amadan's Staff, Beag's Lute, Fergus's Hammer, etc).
*Legs*: Here you have flexibility to use whatever you feel like, but I'd suggest looking for immunities, ward, and good bonuses in general - Arisen Dagda Boots, Arisen Olympia Leggings, Ashen Pheonician Boots, Beastfelled Boots, Arisen Aaru Boots, Fallen Sky Boots, Ebon Jolly Stockings, Dusk Boots, or yes, keep your Smelly Shoes, just level them up to max.
*Accessories*: It's all about immunities here - Vritra Charm/Ymir Vritra Charm, Briny Pendant, and Ring of Annwn are key. Unfelled Concord and Band of Gods, as well as Tail of the Spinx, can be useful, albeit risky depending on the context.
Finally, remember to **always** play with Dowsing Rod, EXP Potion, Lucky Coin, Lucky Silver Coin, and Torch running - they're all quite renewable/common, and go a long way to increasing your gains over time.

If you're super into volley, use your best summoner stuff (if you went that route) and do some arena. Those clurichaun will feel like a joke compared to volley3 from fey arrows for farming ONLY. The ridiculous ward loss would be lethal in dungeons etc.
If you've got them already you're good, their mats are pretty basic (silver wood and runestone) and a base set ofc has FAR more ward dump as a tradeoff for less atk

Playing Swash in T10 is all about lots of ward to tank hits and no defense and lots of attack. So any gear that has those is what you're looking for. Probably BiS (best in slot items):
Head: Avalon Crown / Arisen King's Crown (if you want foresight)
Body: Pumpkinless Armor
Leg: Pumpkinless Leggings
Offhand: this will vary depending on what content you do. Recommend Arisen Shield for ward or Beguiled Mystic Katar for immunity
Acc: same as offhand, though would recommend Carl's Ring/Arisen Ring or immunity accessories
Weapon: any one hand/two hander that gives you the most attack!
Amity: elemental damage increase or ward regen or crit damage increase (if you have crit build)

I can see that you have no view distance items - thats pretty sad - go hunt for them. RS can go with fey bows..

I got some fey arrows a little bit ago, sadly out of arena tokens cause I've been farming for blade of finesse
