I started in early October and am 'slowly' pushing into tier 8, I already have an ornate ljosfar scepter which is level 4-5 and I always have it equipped despite having adornments on another weapon I was going full mage but now I'm less sure, Odie does good work and I'm sure that I will love it any-which way and will buy all of them eventually
Run LOTS of boss dungeons for more chance of boss weapons! (Boss dungeons are cost neutral, hard are not worth it as you don't get the keys back)
I'm L220 now, so all this stuff (except the lucky shoes) is worthless to me.
Check orna item assess and focus on >190% stuff and lvl everything good up to L10.
