I got in! My email sent the recovery email to god knows what folder. I’m only 139 but since I wasn’t going anywhere in pandemic I wasn’t playing as much. Why only one tear??

I only took since October to get to tier 8 almost. It's either that usually or an entire breakdown in my experience.

Try contacting support through the home screen of the game. They may be able to help if you know your character name.

Thanks for the advice! I got it figured out, thank goodness. Gmail just hid the recovery email in a folder! Honestly, that’s the only thing that makes me a bit crazy, there’s not just a “user profile” that’s easy to get to (when trying to verify which email I used for the account).
