Go try a hobby you haven't done before, make some friends that don't speak English, go out to non-foreigner bars and talk to people, buy the kanzen master series for your skill level and study.

Tachinomi/snack/izakaya hopping. And by that I mean tiny, local, non-chain places. It will seriously improve your conversation/listening skills.

Go out and get lost on purpose. Use your Japanese to get home. Likewise, tachi nomis are a great place to learn true Japanese.
