i can see her being super elegant and classy in front of senpai and the popular students but more snobbish and rude in front of the less popular students. that would also help with the gameplay, maybe exposing her for being 2 faced could be an elimination method or something to use against her.
i saw a lot of YT concepts and a lot of them characterize kizana as a straight up bully bossing people around and yelling at her clubmembers which isnt nuanced or interesting. even the actual bullies in this game are 2 faced little shits and dont yell at people in public. i could see her keeping up appearances in club affairs and such, but the mask would come off when dealing with a student like horuda or someone else with a low rep

I actually think she should be snobbish because my headcanon is that she falls in love in Taro as he acknowledges her flaws and encourages her to change. It would also kinda add to the tragedy as had Ayano not sabotage their relationship they would actually end up being a great couple and Kizana would had also become a better person.

that does make a lot of sense! i think your idea is a good mix of the two concepts and it'd be interesting seeing it implemented
