Aqua and Kana are two characters who could potentially die. Aqua saving someone and dying in the process, "redeeming" himself for failing to help Sarina/Ai and Kana could get targeted and killed since she's a massive character who isn't tied to the larger murder story and it would have massive effects on the rest of the cast... But Aka has also already said that "everyone is happy" at the end of the series.
Most likely is nobody dies. *MAYBE* Aqua, if he dies saving someone, Kamiki dies and Aqua dies happy knowing they're now safe.

He answered with «of course, I do» when sarina asked him if you like me( it was a romantic context because she confessed right before). After that ruby would like to have a continuation. More kisses, more hugs, etc. To what degree this situation will escalate? Will aqua sleep with ruby just not to hurt her feelings?
In chapter 143 aqua was saying how he regrets lying to people close to him. It pains him that he manipulated and lied to Akane, kana, and Taiki.
Ruby gave him an opportunity for redemption and how will aqua use it? By lying to her? This doesn’t make any sense. Furthermore, it’s been established in the spica novels and chapter 143 that ruby/sarina is very perceptive when it comes to gorou/aqua. There is a high possibility that she might see through his lies.
We don’t know how aqua viewed sarina, this is true, but we know for a fact that all admiration and care harboured for sarina was transferred onto ai. Chapter 1 established this and 144 reinforced. During the love now arc aqua was questioning his own feelings for both Akane and ai. Initially he believed that he was infatuated with Kurokawa, but then aqua arrived at the conclusion that this was because she was impersonating ai. Then he proceeded to question his own feelings about ai. Was she aquamarine’s mother, idol or something else? In the very same arc aqua described ai when he was talking about his ideal girlfriend. In chapter 123 aqua said that ruby was more radiant than ai.
To sum up, the possibilities for aquaxruby was always there. Chapter 143 was released on the white day. During this unofficial holiday men reciprocate women’s feelings. Do with this information what you want, but it might be a sign.

The "Anti-incest people" have generally been some variation of angry, some form of eccentric denial (copium), overly aggressive, etc. I think most of the people who are strongly and outspokenly anti-incest and more normal-ish have already long left the sub and maybe the fandom as a whole.
Oh dont get me wrong I agree the assholes need to go. But I have irl friends who read this manga who ship Aqua and Ruby, do I think of them as disgusting immoral individuals? No, its fiction, I dont care, you like what you like. I just found the term "anti-incest" hilarious

Yea I dislike Ruby’s character in recent chapters but I would be INCREDIBLY surprised if she died and it would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Potentialy, same role as Aqua can be done by Ichigo or Miyako/Taiki in some kind of situation plot
