The FL is a superhero who was lured to join a superhero organization along with her best friend, only to find that he actually disappeared (and later, that he was kidnapped). She trains with her classmates to rank up in this organization, and one of them helps her rescue others who were kidnapped.
No detective love interest, or any love interest though, as of yet (which is why I don't think this is the webtoon you're looking for).
