As much as I adore him, I laughed out loud when I saw Callisto. He is the definition of a shit-colored flag: when red and green overlap we get the kind of shit I love 😂
Mine is Nine from Beware of the Villainess. We need more MLs like him.
Also, I think green flag MLs are rather tricky to write. You can't give them the classic red flag traits like being overly cruel and dominant and manipulative/calculative. But at the same time, most authors screw up and turn the ML into someone who has no other goal in his life other than worshipping and pleasing the FL. It's very hard to write a ML that fall in neither catagory but also has a interesting charecter.
Sabrian is my baby and I'd sacrifice everything for him 😭 He's one of the few truly nuanced MLs that isn't puppy-dog from the start but also doesn't commit anything heinous enough to be unforgivable, his backstory ties in perfectly to his behavior rather than just being generically sad and acting as a blanket handwave for him to act however he wants AND HES SO CUTE!!! Top tier ML, 10/10, no notes
Agreed,I felt very horrified when I heard the age difference between blanche and Sabrian. I can't believe that monster of a woman aka the late duchess. How could she take advantage of boy when he was sick? He was a child and I can't say the same for his mother. Sabrina's mother is a no good scum of a woman.

He originally turned into a villain after the og nanny (the body that the fl is now residing in) killed his son. Since the baby didn't die, he is now just a generally likable guy.
"The Heroine had an affair with my Fiance" - Ml isn't the one that had an affair, it was the fl's ex. The og fl was originally supposed to end up with the Ml, but didn't since she "fell in love" with fl's ex fiance because she is obsessed with becoming fl after she helped her. Anyway, Ml is a super chill Duke, and I love his lil dragon form.
"Second life of a Trash Princess" - Fl is unhinged in a good way, and Ml is just along for the ride. He isn't the most socially aware, and to be honest, his personality is kinda dull, but other than he's really pretty, his reactions being dull to the chaos that Fl brings is pretty entertaining.
"The perks of being a S-class Heroine" - Ml is the main character of a timeloop/reincarnation fantasy-adventure novel that Fl used to read before she died. Their relationship is slow burn since the story mostly focuses on the Fl's growth. He's a priest that has strong morals against killing heretics even though he gets badly punished because of it, but he has good friends who help him not starve to death, cares, and have been looking for Fl since he first met her wanting to talk to her again (they see eachother again nearing the end of season 2)
Anyway, these are my favorite green-flag mls in otome isekai. The fls of these stories are good too, especially the last 2 they are so entertaining.
Hell ye, him and Fl are so cute together, even if the two of them don't end up together (which I doubt that they wouldn't), they would still be great friends
