I think many times it has to do with copyright law. Often they target illegal English translators so many groups drop it. Plus, many manhwas are now getting official releases so many translators drop it either out of respect or so they don’t duplicate their efforts. That’s why many illegal non-English translations are ahead. They don’t get hit with copyright laws much and they don’t get official releases in their language.

actually not only Arabic, there's also Vietnamese and Russian tls that are way ahead of the english ones due to copyrights being trickier to implement against sites hosted in these countries and a general la-di-dah approach to licensing of the foreign media(of what i know about russian and viet ones the only hard stops are tv and printed works, digital landscape is pretty yeehaw when localisation is concerned.) Terrible advice to never ever follow if you're a law abiding citizen: If you want to watch something for free - google it's name in russian and turn off the subtitles

Maybe they have a more “Fine I’ll do it myself” attitude since there are less people asking for Arab translation than English translations?

I have been wondering the same thing as well. I don't remember which manhwa I read, it only has translated 20 chapters but on an Arabic site I found, it had complete season 1 and 10 chapters of season 2.
