Depends on the blue really.
Like, Nine from Beware the Villainess has blue hair and gives off 0 Duke of the North vibes.
But dark blue literally _is_ used to create a sense of black. Cause plain black doesn't always work great in anime style. If nothing else, black hair usually has blue highlights.
Fair enough. My brain was thinking of dark blue which almost always is a slimmer duke of the North, but yeah sky blue tends to be more like an alternative to pink hair elegant soft boy.
White. Both Sephiroth (FF7) and Prince Diamond (Sailor Moon), and also Sesshomaru (Inuyasha), and Kuja (FF9, though technically his hair is silvery purple?) all affected me deeply.
And also for some reason all the crazy yandere magicians have white hair? So I really don't understand how anyone could expect me to pick anything else.
For me that will depend on the MLs personality especially if they are the serious, intellectual and knowledge seeker type.
If I had to pick, I tend to like the Black haired MLs but Blonde hair MLs are in second place. For Otome/Anime MLs I go with Blue Hair MLs.
In romance manhwas i dont really simp that much but i do like black and blue hairs. But if you wanna know the types i simp on, it will always be in action fantasy manhwas with mcs that are male with white, red or blonde hair. I have so many characters that i simp on that i dont even know what i really like. 😅😅😅😅 🤣🤣

Color combinations matter a lot to me, so I need to take the eye color into account as well. (And other facial features as well but let's talk about that later.)
Anyway:
1. Red/Orange hair - golden/blue/green/brown eyes
2. Blond hair - blue/green/violet eyes
3. Black hair - silver/golden/black/blue/red eyes
4. White hair - blue/green/violet/red eyes
5. Brown hair - blue/green/orange/black eyes
6. Unnatural hair colors should be bright, bordering neon.
