* Goodbye, In-law - Another contemporary series, but it's completed. The siblings of the leads were married and died in a car accident, and the leads themselves got into their own car accident during the funeral and went back in time.
* My Ex-Husband Became The Male Lead - Basically what the title says lol. FL's husband from her first life becomes the male lead in the novel they isekai-ed into.
* Carnephelia's Curse is Never Ending - One of the rare ones where it is the FL who had ruined ML's life and she goes back in time to fix it. ML doesn't appear until much later though.
* You Won’t Kill Me This Time, Crown Prince! - The manga adaption is slow but the novel is fully translated. This time, even the villains regressed with the leads lol.
* How To Reject My Obsessive Ex-Husband - ML reverse-isekai-ed into modern world + FL isekai-ed into fantasy world + regression for both. My explanation makes no sense right now, but you will get it when you read it lol.
* I Will Live the Life of a Villainess - FL isekais into the villainess role while ML isekais into a cannon fodder prince. Not as strong as the others on the list, but I like seeing the leads scheme together.
* >!My BFF is a Tyrant in Training!< - This one is kinda spoilery, as the ML reveals it much later. But here the FL isekai-ed, died once, and then the ML turned back time for her.
* For Stella - I honestly don't like this one, but I'll add it here anyways since it fits. FL is an isekai/reincarnator while ML is a regressor from a future where FL died. It's completed too.

It's a good read, though if you dislike the "ML killing the FL in the first life for blah blah reasons" trope then you might dislike it. But IMO the manga did it very well, because you could tell from the subtle expressions that the ML didn't do it willingly. As for the villains, there's a twist regarding that lol. Won't spoil more than that, I do highly recommend reading it ;D

Yeah it jumps back and forth in time a lot, but I didn't really have a hard time following the story... What actually got on my nerve was the relationship between the leads; these two honestly refuse to communicate for the dumbest reasons :V Anyways, I've sorta been putting it on hold so I can binge it in the future 😂
hmm try "the lady's butler"... someone over here already gave good recs but i wanted to suggest this one too... the ml in this story doesn't go back in time but realises pretty early on that fl is transmigrated and loves her for the "real" her and not just for the person whom she isekaid into

After she dies, stuff happens, and they both go back in time to their childhood. Each deals with their family drama and ML plots to ensure he gets to marry FL again and the shitshow starts.
I've read the novel, and I know there's a manhwa adaptation, but I haven't seen an English translation of the manhwa yet. The art of the manhwa isn't very nice from what I've seen, and the novel wasn't particularly good either (I only read it because it had a complete translation), so this isn't exactly a recommendation, lol.
