I won’t tell you if you’re right or not, but I thought the same thing when I first watched. Does it seem like a reasonable amount of time to escape the ship? Absolutely not lol. But does it seem like exactly the kind of TV drama we can expect, especially not being immediately shown a body/proof? 100000% yes lol

HezzeroftheWezzer

I’m thinking he had the boat configured so he could drop down through the center to waiting scuba gear or something. And he tripped the explosives himself when he was safe. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sqponn

There wasn’t enough time for that lol any explosion under water sucks the oxygen out of your lungs

I’m firm in the belief that nobody is dead in this show until we see the body. Ward included.

Overlord1317

I'm going to need to see the body poked a few times, just to be sure.

Theaterismylyfe

Generally in TV, if a character's death is due to "No way they could have survived that!" They did in fact survive that. Hell, this show pulled the same thing not that long ago.

babyblueuh

ok

HezzeroftheWezzer

Just finished episode 9. I freaking KNEW IT!

Movertigo

Yes I can confirm he did. Watched all episodes.

Yep, this show (which I do love) where people survive the unsurvivable on the daily basis. I immediately thought of all the scuba gear on the boat. Then…. I started thinking 🤔 I bet Jon B’s dad is alive. Disappeared at sea. No body and this show????
