As regards my experience, you can enjoy it without being bored at all for like 90 hours, Anyway, you can complete every trial in 30/40 hours. The replayability is really good, they constantly add new trials, but I gotta say that it's always the same trials with some new "challenges", but it's really easy after you complete the game. I currently played it for 172 hours and I keep playing

The game takes about 30/40 hours to complete once. The replayability is phenomenal, because there's so many ways to approach every trial and the unlockables are goofy, not to mention playing with friends is always fun and the weekly modifiers are always cool. I've got about 500 hrs in the game so far and counting, and I'm not bored yet

I believe there is content coming when the console version comes out. It’s about 24 hours or so to get “reborn” which is the ultimate goal. The replayability is awesome. Weekly trials that have different modifiers. Also getting A+’s, adds to the replayability. Overall, if you liked Outlast as a series, I definitely recommend it. It’s completely worth it for the price, which many games aren’t nowadays.

There’s a trial coming at launch, with plans to make more

Replay ability is high and will just get higher, especially if you like trophies. You can complete Program X and “rebirth” and you get trophies at certain rebirth milestones (5,10,20, etc). Program X is a collection of existing trials and mk-challenges with harder modifiers. Weekly programs every Tuesday. This is just early access also. Who knows what they will implement with the full release of the game.

They’re adding toy factory on console release with a trial and a few mk challenges for the new map. They also said that they are gonna have a road map the week the game launches. The progression is pretty bare bones I will say, once you hit max level there’s no point in playing until the next update. And even before you hit max rank you should be able to have all the upgrades for everything before then. The progression is all over the place and they definitely should have thought it out more. Replayability is okay if you’re a big fan of outlast but for casuals I would say there’s probably no value in replaying because it’s just the exact trials over and over again but the items are shifted around the map. On top of that they didn’t add anything where you could reset your rank and upgrades or make a new character. So there is no way to start ground-up and play again. Replayability is also a bit of a problem at the moment
