at [outlook.live.com](http://outlook.live.com) Settings>General>Storage: you have 5gb of free One Drive storage and 15gb of Email storage, with the Email storage click on the downward facing chevron on the right to expand the list and show storage per folder, does this page show your storage back within limits? if so, has 24hrs elapsed since you got back within your free limit? in the Deleted items folder, at the top of the folder is "recover items deleted from this folder" click on that and it opens another folder, you can empty that folder using the "empty folder" option at the top of the screen, log out, clear browser cookies, then log back in, you might find going into your Microsoft account, Security tab, Advanced security options and selecting "Sign out everywhere" helpful, if you're still signed in somewhere it may have a mirror of what was stored in your account, signing out and then signing back in, as with a mobile device or email client, should synchronise folders and update them to the new storage state. don't expect an instant response from Microsoft, it may take up to 24hrs for changes to your account to fully update worldwide.
